USER & 6
USER Four user interviews and a survey were conducted to gather information about adulthood. Questions such as, Who/Where do you go to gain knowledge on new subjects? How would you rank your level of adulthood or "adulting"? Do you track your goals? What types of validation do you appreciate? Public or Private? What are some of your current frustrations around adulthood? PROTOYPE WIREFRAMES 7
USER INSIGHT Helped determine that the target audience should be toward Gen Z and Millennials between the ages of 18-30. These users live within metropolitan and rural areas and majority use tools (i.e. apps) to help track their personal goals. Although, there s no real lack of resources needed to fulfill their goals, time is a common restraint. It s important to create a simple tool that allows users to organize and track their goals to increase their sense of growth and progress. Additionally, a feature that offers validation or reward for accomplishments is a plus. PROTOYPE WIREFRAMES 8

I enjoy challenges and that's what adulthood has been for me. A lot of ups and downs but I'm still as motivated as ever. - Male Miami, FL It takes a lot of sacrifice and discipline when you re an adult. I picked three because I feel like there's so much more I want to accomplish and I'm just getting my feet wet. - Female Charlotte, NC It's tough when you feel like you are behind your peers, or uncomfortably ahead. Female New York City, NY 10
REVISED... STATEMENT Gen Z and Millennials need a way to manage completion of their goals because they want to track their growth into adulthood. HYPOTHESIS By offering the ability to track goals, while providing encouragement through a merit system, for Gen Z and Millennials, will help focus their time and attention. We will know this to be true when we see the number of goals completed outway the number of goals defined and tracking the time in between for completion. PROTOYPE WIREFRAMES 11
