1 Introduction The Customer Web Center (CWC) application is now SSO enabled. All the CWC Users, can logon to CWC application using their corporate Single-Sign-On (SSO) account credentials. 1.1 Scope This document provides users with instructions on the following: 1. How to register to CWC application. 2. How a user is authenticated and authorized. 3. How to modify users profile in CWC. 4. How to perform Self Reactivation. 1.2 Intended Users 1. All users who would like to create CWC profile (CWC account), will use this document as instructions for how to use the CWC new registration page. 2 CWC User Registration 2.1 SSO Registration: (For new B2B Users) If you are a new B2B user and do not have SSO account then, you need to create SSO account first and then register to CWC application. Follow the below instructions to create SSO Account: 1. Click on the url https://customer.getransportation.com, you will be redirect to CWC SSO Login page, as shown as below.

2. Click on 'Sign Up Now!' link, you will redirected to SSO Registration application (register.jsp) page, as Shown below: 3. Enter the registration details into the system and drag the mentioned image into the circle under heading "Please complete the security challenge below". As shown below, adjacent to 'Cancel' button, 'Submit' button should be displayed. 4. Click on submit button. a. Your SSO account will be created successfully and b. You will receive a confirmation email from SSO Central application about your SSO account creation. c. You will be Auto Log to CWC application and redirects to CWC Registration page. d. Refer point 4 of 2.2 section for the instructions on how to register to CWC application.

2.2 For new user with SSO account: If you have SSO account and do not have CWC profile then, follow the below instructions to register to CWC application. 1. Click on the url https://customer.getransportation.com, you will be redirect to CWC SSO Login page, as shown as below. 2. Enter your SSO credentials in User Id and Password fields and click on the Login button then, you will be redirected to Registration Help Page (RegistrationHelp.asp), as shown as below.

3. Now, click on Register Here link, you will be redirected to CWC Registration page, as shown as below. 4. Enter the registration details into the system and click on the Accept Terms and Condition button. a. A Confirmation message "You have been added to the approval queue. Approval usually takes 24-48 or more hours if all your information is complete and your company administrator confirms your employment status." will be displayed on the page. b. You will receive an email with the confirmation of the Registration. Please refer Appendix A for the email template. Note: The respective CWC Business Admin will receive an email about your registration request to proceed with further steps.

3 Authentication: To access the CWC application you must first login to the Customer Web Center Application Portal, using your SSO account credentials (i.e. CWC user name and password). Follow the below steps to logon to the application. 1. Click on the url https://customer.getransportation.com/ 2. Enter your SSO and Password and then click on the 'Log In' button. 3. The Site minder will authenticate you and redirect to CWC default page. 4 Authorization: Once you are successfully authenticated by the site minder, you will be authorized and redirect to the respective page based on your CWC profile approval status. 4.1 Non CWC User: If you do not have CWC profile and try to login with your SSO credentials then, you will be redirected to Registration Help Page (RegistrationHelp.asp), as shown below. a. Click on the Register Here link, to proceed with the CWC registration. Refer point 4 of 3.2 section for the instructions on how to register to CWC application.

4.2 Unapproved CWC User: If your CWC profile is yet to be approved by the CWC business admin then, you will be redirected to Not Authorized Page ( NotAuthorized.asp), as shown below. 4.3 Approved CWC User: If your CWC profile is approved by the CWC business admin then, you will be directed to CWC Home page after logging in, as shown below.

4.4 Admin Disabled CWC User: If your CWC profile is disabled by the CWC business admin then, you will be directed to Reactivation Request page (accountdisabled.asp) after logging in, as shown below. 4.5 System Disabled CWC User: If your CWC profile is disabled by the system due to inactivity then, you will be directed to Self Reactivation request page (selfreactivate.jsf) after logging in, as shown below.

4.6 Raised Reactivation Request: If you have raised reactivation request to enable your CWC profile then, you will be directed to Myaccount page (myaccount.asp) with the text message, as shown below. 5 Modify Account 5.1 SSO account If you need to update information about the First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Email Address and password challenge question, you would do so here. Follow the below instructions to modify your SSO account. 1. Click on the url https://customer.getransportation.com, you will be redirect to CWC SSO Login page, as shown as below.

2. Click on Modify your Account link on the CWC SSO Login page then, you will be redirected to SSO login page, as shown as below. 3. Enter your SSO credentials and click on Log In button then, you will be redirected to the SSO Central Modify Application page, as shown as below.

4. Enter your SSO password in current password text box then, your SSO account would become editable, as shown as below. 5. Update your SSO account information and click on submit button then, you will receive a confidentiality message, as shown as below.

6. Click on OK button. You will receive a confirmation message with a continue link, as shown below. 7. Click on Continue link to update your CWC profile. After clicking on the Continue button, you will be auto log to CWC application and redirects to CWC Modify Profile page, as shown below. 8. Update your CWC account information and click on submit button then, you will be redirected to confirmation page, as shown as below.

5.2 Modify Profile Follow the below instructions to modify your CWC account. 1. Click on the url https://customer.getransportation.com, you will be redirect to CWC SSO Login page, as shown as below.

2. Enter your SSO credentials and click on Log In button then, you will be directed to CWC Home page, as shown as below. 3. Click on Modify Profile link, you will be redirected to CWC Modify Profile page, as shown as below.

4. Update your CWC account information and click on submit button then, you will be redirected to confirmation page, as shown as below. 6 Self Reactivation: If your CWC profile is disabled by the system due to inactivity then, you can reactivate your account by Self Reactivation functionality. Follow the below instructions to Self Reactivate your CWC account: 1. Click on the url https://customer.getransportation.com, you will be redirect to CWC SSO Login page, as shown as below.

2. Enter your SSO credentials and click on Log In button then, you will be directed to Self Reactivation request page (selfreactivate.jsf), as shown below. 3. Enter your Email Id, Telephone and Business Type, which you had given during CWC registration and then click on Submit button, you will be redirect to Self Reactivation confirmation page, as shown as below. 4. Refer Appendix D for the activation link email template. 5. Click on the activation link in the mail received. You will be redirected to CWC Login Page.

6. Enter your SSO credentials and click on Log In button then, you will be directed to Self Reactivation process page (selfprocess.jsf), as shown as below. a. Activation confirmation mail will be sent to respective CWC business admin for information. Refer Appendix E for the email template. 7. Click on the click here link, you will be redirected to My Account page, as shown as below.

7 Appendix 7.1 Appendix A When new user has done registration then, a mail will be sent to the user with the below content: From To Mail Subject Mail Body 7.2 Appendix B getcwc@ge.com <<User s email id>> Receipt of your registration information for the GE - Transportation Solutions Portal This is to confirm receipt of your request for a GE - Transportation Solutions Portal Account. You will be notified once your account is approved. 7.3 Appendix C When Admin Rejects a new CWC User then a mail will be sent to the user with the following details: From To Mail Subject Mail Body getcwc@ge.com << User s email id>> Registration Declined for GE - Transportation CWC Hello, Your registration for the GE-Transportation Customer Web Center has been declined due to one of the following: 1. GE Transportation System's Policy or 2. Your Company's Instructions to Us If you would like to contact us regarding our products and services, please use the 'Contact Us' feature found at: http://www.getransportation.com Thank you, The GE E-Business Team. 7.4 Appendix D details: When user submits the Self Reactivation request then a mail will be sent to the user with the following From To Mail Subject Mail Body CWC Admin << User s email id>> Customer Web Center - User Self Reactivation Hello User, You have submitted a request for self reactivation in CWC Application. Please click on the Reactivate link below to reactivate your account. Reactivate link After you click on the link your account will be reactivated, and you will be able login to the application. In case of any further issues please contact the administrator transcwcsupportteam@ge.com Thanks, CWC Admin - GE Transportation. Note: This is a system generated email, please do not reply to this email.

7.5 Appendix E When user completes the Self Reactivation process then a mail will be sent to the CWC admin with the following details: From To Mail Subject Mail Body CWC Admin << CWC Business Admin s email id>> Customer Web Center - User Self Reactivation Confirmation Hello Admin, The following User has successfully reactivated the user account through self reactivation process.
