Cisco Multiparty Licensing Benefits Empower your entire organization to work together with businessquality multiparty video collaboration that helps clients, partners, and customers connect face to face. Increase productivity with video, audio, web, and content-sharing tools that help you innovate and make better decisions faster. Improve accessibility to planned meetings and impromptu collaboration sessions. Personalize and secure the experience with customized profiles and PINs. Keep Your Organization Connected and Productive Today s office is diverse, fast-paced, and unconstrained by geography. But it s still as important as ever for employees to connect and collaborate. Maybe it s a one-on-one meeting between coworkers in separate offices. Or a brainstorming session with members of several different teams. No matter the situation or where people are located, being able to connect face to face is critical. You need to give your employees access to the video technology and communications tools that make these connections possible. Now it s easy, with Cisco Multiparty licensing for Cisco Meeting Server and Cisco TelePresence Server. With cost-effective and easy-to-scale licensing, you can simplify video collaboration and make high-quality video meetings part of everyone s daily routine. Now with Cisco Meeting Server software, one platform enables high-quality video meetings but also scales for audio and web conferencing. In today s dynamic environment, anyone should be able to connect from anywhere. Cisco Meeting Server allows anyone to connect to a meeting with a video endpoint, Cisco Jabber, or with the Cisco Meeting App, which allows for extensive meeting reach from mobile devices, PC s, web browsers, or Skype for Business.

Deliver Personalized, High-Quality Multiparty Video Collaboration Cisco Multiparty licenses are perpetual, all-in-one licensing giving customers all they need for video collaboration. They are available in two options: Personal Multiparty Plus and Shared Multiparty Plus (Table 1). Personal Multiparty Plus licenses, included with Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing (UWL) Meetings or available a la carte, each designate a single named host who can hold multiparty meetings at any time, for any number of participants. Shared Multiparty Plus licenses are available a la carte, and each supports one concurrent meeting. They can be shared among any number of users, offering an effective way to use shared room systems. You can even get a discounted price on Shared Multiparty licenses if they are purchased with video room systems. This price includes the Cisco Unified Communications Manager TelePresence Room system registration license. Whether you choose Personal or Shared Multiparty Plus licenses, it s simple to set up meetings. You can provide every user with a dedicated, personalized meeting room (space), which is protected with a PIN. All meeting participants can join easily from any standards-based, videoenabled device; from a mobile or desktop solution enabled by the Cisco Jabber platform or the Cisco Meeting App; or from an audio-only phone. Whether people are working on a desktop or mobile device or using a room system, they can join a meeting from any location. Additional features include: Cisco Expressway Rich Media Session (RMS) licenses, which enable: -- Remote participant connectivity -- Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) connectivity Interoperability with third-party, standards-based video endpoints and Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business Convenient centralized management of all Multiparty licenses, Personal and Shared Multiparty Plus, for high efficiency and simplified maintenance and upgrades Table 1.
