For existing paper-based or electronic forms, users can simply import PDFs and then drag and drop data field controls to enable the dynamic data collection capability. Perceptive TransForm Designer is a desktop application that allows you to design e-forms that you can freely distribute across the internet and manage using E-Forms Manager.
