Our Client Portal offers a number of helpful features: Dashboard view see your portfolio positions at a glance, then drill down into asset allocation and individual holding details. Investment insights quick access to our private wealth research and global market data, linked straight from your personalised dashboard. Accessing the Client Portal To register for the Client Portal, follow these steps:. Click the Register now link on the login page.. You will be directed to the Account Registration Form. Please ensure that you enter your full name and registered email address.. Make a note of your unique 6 digit username. 4. Enter and confirm your password. Your password needs to be comprised of a minimum of 8 characters, containing at least uppercase letter, lowercase letter and digit. 5. Select to receive an identity validation message by email or text message. 6. To confirm your identity: a. By email - click the validation link in your email from Craigs Investment Partners b. By text message - enter the validation code from your text message on the portal website 7. You will then be redirected to the login page to enter your username and password. Please note - When you register it may say that you have already done so, this could be because you registered on our old website and already have a username. If this is the case return to the login page and click the Forgot Username? link and follow the prompts. Need help? Forgotten your Password?. Reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the login page.. Portfolio Dashboard Your personalised Dashboard provides an overview of your investment portfolio. 4 5 6 7 Select your Portfolio. In the Select Your Portfolios dropdown list you can select up to 0 portfolios that you would like to view more information on.. In the Select Currency dropdown list you choose to see these portfolios in one of six currencies: NZD, AUD, EUR, GBP, USD or CAD.. Select Hide Value if you would like the total value of your selected portfolios to remain hidden. 4. Your selections can be saved by selecting the Save selections for future use link. 4 Portfolio Values Here you can see summary information, including account name, portfolio number, portfolio service and portfolio value, of the portfolios that you selected in the Portfolios section.. You can reorder the list by selecting the up/down arrow next to each column heading. 5. Select the.csv icon to download a.csv file, that can be viewed in Excel or a similar programme, of the information in the Portfolio Values section. 6. Select the Report icon to be directed to the Reports page and generate a web report or view recent reports from Craigs. 8 9 0 Asset Details View summary asset details information of the portfolios that you selected in the Portfolios section.. Choose one asset class (e.g. New Zealand Equities) or select All to view all of the holdings within that portfolio. 8. You will be able to see information on the security held including, code, quantity held, local price, local value, value in your chosen currency and the percentage breakdown of each holding within your portfolio. 9. You can reorder the list by selecting the up/down arrows. 4. Select the.csv icon 0 to download a.csv file, that can be viewed in Excel or a similar programme, of the information displayed in the Asset Details section. 5. Select the Market Data icon to view market data on the security you have selected. Please note: the market data icon only appears next to a security where market data is available. 6. Select the Research icon to view a list of the recent research published by our Private Wealth Research Team on your selected security. Reports and Contract Notes The Reports section allows you to generate a Portfolio report, and see your recent Contract Notes. 6 7 4 5 Generate a Report. Go to the Generate a Report tab.. Choose the portfolio that you would like to view a report on by selecting it from the Select your Portfolio dropdown list.. Choose the type of report that you would like to view by selcting it from the Select Report Type dropdown list. 4. The date of the previous day will be displayed in the Choose End Date field. If you would like to change this date type your chosen date in this box following the DD/MM/YY format or select the Calendar icon. 4 5. Select the Generate button. 5 6. Your report will begin generating and will be displayed when it is ready, alternatively the report can also be found by selecting the All Reports tab on the Reports page. 6 View All Reports On the All Reports tab, 6 you can view the web reports that you have generated in the last five days and view all the reports distributed to you by Craigs in the last two years. Managed clients have access to a number of reports providing an overview of your portfolio position. START clients can view their Holdings Statements, Contributions and Withdrawals Summary and a Portfolio Summary. View your Contract Notes Your recent Contract Notes can be viewed by selecting the Contract Notes tab. 7 Download your buy and sell contract notes that have been issues since late November 06. Markets The Markets section provides comprehensive market data information and dynamic charting for leading global markets, enabling you to easily keep informed of market movements. Indices 5. On the Indices tab, you can quickly check the performance of the top indices or select a regional overview of Asia-Pacific, North America or Europe from the Select Index Category dropdown list.. The performance of your selected index can be viewed over a 5 day, month, month, 6 month, year, year or 5 year timeframe.. The Top 0 Rises/Falls section shows a snapshot of the days top performers and underperformers on the S&P/NZX50 and S&P/ASX00 including the dollar and percentage change, last price, and volume traded. 4 4. 4 World Currencies. On the World Currencies tab, you can quickly see the performance of key New Zealand dollar (NZD) and US dollar (USD) currency pairs.. The performance of your selected currency pair can be viewed over a 5 day, month, month, 6 month, year, year or 5 year period.. Switch between NZD and USD by clicking on the Select Currency dropdown list. Research We monitor major economic trends and keep a close watch on social and political events which can impact domestic and international financial markets. Our Private Wealth Research team cover all major sectors and publish timely, in-depth reports on a range of companies. Research Search for research articles on all companies we follow, with our current view on each, portfolio strategy reports, and a number of other helpful publications.. The Research homepage displays recent research publications of note from our Private Wealth Research team.. Begin to enter a keyword e.g. company name in the Enter search keywords field and you will see an automatically populated list of the available research. 4 5. By selecting the Manage subscription button you can choose to receive a daily email of research of interest. For further details, see the Manage My section, page. 4. The Latest Research section provides a chronological list of all of the recent research publications. 4 5. All research items can be saved to read later by selecting the Reading List icon. Once you have selected a keyword in the Enter search keywords field, you will be taken to the Advanced Search page where your search can be refined by publication type, sector, date and keyword. Alternatively, you can enter another search term.. In the Details section you can find the view of our Private Wealth Research team including a company description, classification and target price. You can also see the current price and link through to the applicable Market Data by selecting the Market Data icon.. The list of all research related to your search term is given in the Results section. 4 4. Manage My The Manage My section allows you to subscribe to Craigs publications, follow research of interest, change your report delivery preferences and update your Watchlist. 4 5 6 Subscriptions. Select the Subscriptions tab. In the Publications section, you can subscribe to our enewsletters, product updates and publications or change your preferred method of communication. You can choose to unsubscribe to a publication at any time by selecting Unsubscribe from the dropdown list.. In the Follow Research section 4, you can choose to receive a daily email highlighting any research published that matches your chosen sector, report type or security/company of interest. a. Choose a sector, report type or security/company of interest from the dropdown list and select the Add button. 5 b. 4 5 Reports. Select the Reports tab. In the Portfolio section, select from the dropdown list the portfolio on which you would like to change the method of report delivery.. A table will then be displayed showing the reports that are available. 4. Quote Search The Quote Search is accessible directly from the navigation bar and allows you to search for market data on securities (shares and fixed interest), indices and currencies.. Begin to enter a search term in the Quote Search field.. You will see an automatically populated list of the available market data matches.. Watchlist Add securities, indices, or currencies to your Watchlist so that you can monitor key performance information on items of interest. 4 5. To add an item to your Watchlist type your request into the Enter search here box and select the Add button.. You can reorder your Watchlist list by selecting the up/ down arrow.. Market data for an item on your Watchlist can be viewed by selecting the Market Data icon. 4 4.
