It is just opposite of Gujarat University near Vijay Char Rasta at Navrangpura. (Refer to the map given in page no. 4) SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS 1. Admission process for MUM programme will be held on 17 & 18 May, 2018. All eligible/shortlisted applicants (for MUM admission) will have to appear for admission test (Written test, GD & PI). 2. On reaching the venue please check in and mark your presence mentioning your application number to the person concerned at the help desk. 3. The Admission Test will be in three parts. The first part is the WRITTEN TEST, second part is the GROUP DISCUSSION and third part is the PERSONAL INTERVIEW. Written Test will be conducted on 17 th May, 2018, while Group Discussion and Personal Interview on 18 th May, 2018. As soon as your personal interview is over you may leave. Do not wait for the results. The results of the admission will be uploaded on the website on 25th May 2018. 4. Candidates must carry their admit card, original mark sheets, certificates, project reports, thesis reports, portfolio, publications, recommendation letters and any other document which will support their candidature along with them, which will be required during interview. 5. You need to submit your recommendation letters in a sealed envelope to the MUM Admission helpdesk of FM on the day of admission test (i.e. 17 th May 2018). Page 3 of 6

For candidates who have confirmed for Video conferencing based test will have to submit the following information. Application Number: Full Name: Skype ID that you will use for the interview Phone / mobile number/s available with you during the interview: If you would like to share your work with the panel, send a summary of your project report, thesis report, portfolio, paper publications etc. in PDF format at email: fm.admissions@cept.ac.in a. NOTE: If you do not receive email from us by the end of the day, then do inform us through email/phone call at the earliest. 2. Please include CEPT Skype id: mum.admissions.cept@outlook.com and mum.admissions1.cept@outlook.com in your Skype in advance. 3. Make sure that your system is having good quality Webcam, Microphone, Speaker and broadband connection with high speed. The minimum requirement for video calling one to one is 1Mbps speed of internet, which is now days is normally provided in 3G dongle. You can also use public/internet café if they have such a connection and are able to provide an undisturbed space for taking the interview through Video conferencing. 4. Make sure your PC/ Laptop is functioning properly. Download the latest software for video conferencing from internet. 5. Check microphone and speaker through Test call service in video conferencing, prior to video conferencing meeting. 6. Make sure that you have access to scheduled space if you are using public/internet café as otherwise your interview may get disturbed and may lead to disqualification. Page 5 of 6

7. You should be online in video conferencing at least 15 minutes before the interview time allotted to you. You will be required to make a call to the Skype id.please do not make calls prior to your allotted time. 8. Time slot will be allotted to you through email. 9. During the interview you will be asked to talk on a specific topic for 10-15 minutes and attempt the test by writing answers to questions asked through shared screen mode. 10. In case of sudden connectivity failure, we may need to continue interview through telephone. So you need to have additional landline telephone / mobile phone connection available with you. 11. Written test which is descriptive in nature will also be taken through Skype (shared screen mode) and you need to immediately email the written content to fm.admissions@cept.ac.in. 12. You need to send your recommendation letters in a sealed envelope via courier or through email to fm.admissions@cept.ac.in at the earliest by 16 th May 2018. 13.
