Part 1 Before First Use Charging the camera Before the first use, charge the camera via your PC or USB charger (Power adapter should be no more than 5V/1A). Formatting the microsd Before the first use, format the microsd to FAT32 format. And insert the microsd before use. The camera support up to 32GB card capacity. 1

Part 1 Before First Use Resetting the camera If the camera malfunctions for any reason, reset it with the included pin. A small paperclip can also be used. 2

Safety Precautions Read this instruction manual carefully before using the camera. It contains important information for your safety as well as operating and maintenance instructions. Follow all safety precautions in order to prevent damage due to improper use of the camera. Keep this user manual carefully for future use. Should this camera be passed along to a third party, this user manual must be handed on as well. Use the camera only for its intended purpose. In the event of improper use or erroneous handling, no liability can be assumed for any possible damage which may occur. Never try to repair the camera yourself. Only allow qualified personnel to repair the camera in the event of malfunctions. Warning! Never immerse the camera in water or other liquids while cleaning or operating it. Never hold the product under running water. Do not open the housing under any circumstances. Do not introduce any metal objects into the interior of the housing. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. Keep the camera away from all hot surfaces and naked flames. Protect the camera from extreme heat and cold, dust, direct sunlight, humidity and drops or jets of water. Do not place any heavy objects on the camera. The manufacturer is not responsible for any missing video data due to maloperation, microsd card malfunctions, camera angle limitation, etc. 4

Follow the laws of your country.recording and circulating an image of an individual may constitute an infringement of their privacy for which you could be liable. Ask for authorization before filming individuals, particularly if you want to keep your recordings and/or circulate images on the Internet or any other medium. Do not circulate a degrading image or one which could undermine the reputation or dignity of an individual. 5

Before Using Your Conbrov T19 Camera 1. Charging your camera Steady yellow Off Flashing blue and red Charging Fully charged Low power (1)Charge the camera via your PC or USB charger 5V/1A. (2)Connect the supplied USB cable to the Micro USB port and a suitable USB port on your PC or a USB charger (separate charger not included). The camera must turn off during charging. (3)While charging, the LED lights up yellow and turns off when the camera is fully charged. 2. Installing the microsd (with the contacts facing down) 8

Before Using Your Conbrov T19 Camera Caution! Format the microsd before use. Doing this, however, will remove all data from the card. Make sure to back up any data before formatting. (1)Only support a Class 10 microsd with at least 8GB capacity for recording. (2)Do not connect or remove the microsd during operation, this will damage both card and camera. (3)Do not force the microsd into the microsd slot, this will damage both card and camera. It only goes in one way. (4)Ensure that the microsd clicks into place when inserting it. To remove the microsd, slightly pull it out from the slot. 9

Before Using Your Conbrov T19 Camera 3. Setting the day and time Insert the micro SD card into the card reader and connect the card reader to your PC. After a few seconds the micro SD card will show as a removable disk. Open the SETTIME.TXT file. SETTIME The following menu will be displayed: File name Time format: yyyy-mm-dd, hh:mm:ss yes: loop recording on microsd no: no loop recording SETTIME.TXT file Edit Format View Help 2016-07-15,23:59:59 yes Modify date and time on the computer. After setting date and time, click on File and then on Save. Before Using Your Conbrov T19 Camera Note: If you cannot find the file SETTIME.TXT after opening the microsd on the computer, please record a video clip to activate the card and set the date and time again. The date and time will remain accurate unless the battery has been depleted for long time. 11

How to Use Your Conbrov T19 Camera 1. Turn On the Camera /Record a Video (1) Press and hold the for 2 seconds to switch the camera on. The LED will flash BLUE 3 time and then turn off, which indicates that it is in video recording standby mode. ON lights flash BLUE 3 times and then turn off, the camera is in video recording standby mode. (2) Press and hold the for 2 seconds to switch the camera off. The LED will flash alternating RED and BLUE and then turn off. OFF lights flash alternating RED and BLUE and then turn off. Note: If the camera switches off automatically, there are two reasons: 1. The battery power is too low and the camera must be charged. 2. The camera has been in standby mode without any operation for longer than 1 minute. In this case, the camera switches off to save battery power. 3.If no microsd is inserted, the LED will flash blue for 10 seconds. 12

How to Use Your Conbrov T19 Camera 2.How to Tun On/Off Motion Detection Recording (1) Press and hold the for 2 seconds to switch the camera into Motion Detection Mode. The LED will flash BLUE 1 time and turn off, then flashes RED 3 times and the RED light will stay on, which indicates that it is in Motion Detection Mode. ON lights flash BLUE 1 times and then turn off,then flashes RED 3 times and the RED light will stay on, which indicates that it is in Motion Detection Mode. (2) Press and hold the for 2 seconds to turn off Motion Detection. The LED will flash alternately RED and BLUE 1 time and then go off. OFF lights flash alternating RED and BLUE 1 time and then go off. 13

How to Use Your Conbrov T19 Camera 3. How to Switch into Night Vision When ambient light brightness is lower than 20LUX, the camera will automatically switch into night vision and the video is black and white. 4. How to Play a Video Connect the T19 camera to computer, press and hold the Power Button for more than 2 seconds, the LED will flash red and the blue light will stay on. Or take out the microsd, insert it into the card reader (included), then connect the card reader to computer. After a few seconds, there will be a removable disk shown on computer. Open it, and then you'll see the Video files. Open them to play the video. 1 USB2.0 2 14

Other Tips How to Reset the Camera Use the supplied pin or similar tool (like a paperclip) to reset your camera in case of a malfunction. Press and hold the Reset Button for several seconds to reset the camera to standard factory settings. 15

FAQs 1. Q: What should I do if all function buttons cannot work? A: Reset the camera. 2. Q: Why the camera cannot be read when connected to PC? A: Check the USB port of the computer for correct connection and damages. A: Check the USB cable for damages. A: Test the speed and running condition of the computer itself and restart the computer. A: Pluck the USB cable, reset the camera as described in Chapter Resetting the camera. 3. Q: Why videos cannot be played or no pictures? A: Use a different media player or try to restart your computer. 4. Q: Date/time has been modified but why still not update on the video? A: Save the modified time. Modify the time without changing the date and time format. 5.Q: Why does SD card not save videos or video files appear 0KB with no content? A: Re-format the SD card, or use other brand SD card, it is recommended to use 16GB / 10ClaSS or above. 6.Q: I record something at night, why night vision videos are dark with no images? A:Check the night vision lights light or not, and then reset the camera. 7.Q: Why the camera will not automatically overwrite the older video files when the microsd card fills to capacity? A: Check the SETTIME text document second line whether the default YES, if not, need to be modified to YES. 18
