Hardware and Software Note This release supports only the hardware and software listed in this document. The Hitachi Storage Adapter for the SAP HANA Cockpit must be installed on Management server. Note the following minimum requirements. Creating HANA storage snapshots and replications takes time. Due to this, these operations may fail if the session timeout is not increased from the default value. See Changing the Session Timeout in the Troubleshooting chapter of Hitachi Storage Adapter for the SAP HANA Cockpit 01.1.0 User s Guide to change the session timeout if the snapshots or replications fail with a session timeout error message. 2. For the Port Performance History Report, sometimes the max port transfer rate is less than the average port transfer rate by design. 3. For the Storage Snapshot History Report, the sort ascending and descending features are not working in the updated on column for snapshot history.
