1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY A website specifically devoted to the iread has been developed during the first three months of the Project. It will be a valuable tool for the communication among partners as well as to disseminate Project results beyond the Consortium and to a wider audience. This document provides an overview of the project website and its main structure. The website is online and available under the domain https://iread-project.eu/. The website is intended to provide an accessible overview to the project and the people involved, promote engagement with relevant individuals and organisations from industry, academia and practitioners, as well as to share project activities and outputs. During the project duration, the website will be updated by UCL, with the objective of collecting all the latest contributions from the partners (publications, news and events, documents, etc.) and to ensure that the visitor is provided with current and relevant information. As part of the dissemination activities, the Consortium has developed a presentation template to be used both for internal and external communication activities. The presentation template has been made available for partners. 2. WEBSITE INTRODUCTION A website specifically devoted to the iread project activities has been designed and built. The website was developed during the first three months of the project and will be updated regularly (and at least every 2 months) until the end of the project. The goal of the website is twofold: firstly, to disseminate the iread project results to a wider audience; and secondly, to promote the communication between partners and its future market for this new technology. It will contain useful external information like: General information about the iread project, including a description of its goals, scientific objectives and project partners; Blog written by project partners about project activities and topics related to the project goals; Upcoming seminars, conferences, meetings, events; Downloadable project-related media, academic, technical and practitioner publications; Page 3

Practitioner resources; Contact information, social media links and newsletter sign-up; Figure 1 Website main page Page 4

3. WEBSITE SECTIONS All Project partners have committed to use the logo of iread and added the link to www.iread-project.eu in all possible professional communications, their newsletters to their own customers, email communications, etc. and also in their own websites. This way, the Consortium ensures that all the information is distributed from a single source, and that it does not reveal confidential data. The website, the main source of dissemination in this project, is divided into six different sections: ABOUT (i.e. Home), INDUSTRY, PRACTITIONERS, NEWSFEED, PARTNERS and PUBLICATIONS. Each section can be accessed by clicking on the links of the top menu. The site and its contents will be updated, expanded and improved periodically, both in terms of functionality and in terms of information volume as the project proceeds. 3.1 ABOUT SECTION In the ABOUT section, the visitor can find a short description of the iread project including the main objectives and the expected benefits that the personalized learning technology will bring to the teaching and education sector. Figure 2 View of "About" section Page 5

3.2 INDUSTRY SECTION The INDUSTRY section gives an overview of the project goals and our plans to review different trends and business requirements within the first year of the project. The SMEs, interested in our technology, can find in this page the contact of our industrial partner, DOLPHIN, to be contacted in case of they want to learn more about the Innovation Strand of iread. This page will be updated mid-way through the project as the Innovation strategy for the project develops. Figure 3 View of Industry section 3.3 PRACTITIONERS SECTION The Practitioners section includes two subpages. The Resources page, which includes existing practitioner resources relevant for pupils with Dyslexia and this will be updated as new resources are produced from the iread research. The Get involved in iread page gives an overview of how schools can engage with the project. They can also direct contact the project team through a contact form on this page. This strengths the commitment of the project to work with possible beneficiaries. Figure 4 iread contact form Page 6

3.4 NEWSFEED SECTION All the events, news or relevant updates for the Project including the presence in Conferences, General Assemblies, technical meetings, training activities and other events are presented in this section. This section will also include blog posts about topics related to the project goals. Figure 5 View of Newsfeed section Page 7

3.5 PARTNERS SECTION This section includes two sub-sections. The iread Consortium part gives an overview of the different profiles of the members involved in the project. Each member provided the coordinator a description of its organisation together with the logo to be included and the short description of the people participating in the project work. It also links to partners own websites and profiles. The Advisory Panel section includes the list of panel members. The board will provide valuable input and feedback at various points during the project. Figure 6 View of Partners section Page 8

3.6 PUBLICATIONS SECTION This section shows the presence of the Project in the media and all the communication and dissemination activities performed during the execution of the project. It will also contain all the relevant documents such as non-digital publications and other downloadable files. All the publications, non-confidential deliverables, presentations, training documents and the project s press release will be presented in this section. Figure 7 View of Publications section Page 9

4. WEB ADMINISTRATION The website had been created by the Coordinator using WordPress template. WordPress automatically tracks all visitors and organizes the data, therefore the administrator is able to monitor the number of views, the visited pages and the country of the visitor. Figure 8 View of the stats page at WordPress Page 10

5 PROJECT PRESENTATION TEMPLATE A project presentation PowerPoint template were created by UCL to be used by the partners for internal and external dissemination activities. The template is available at the project website, as well as on the Basecamp document sharing service that the consortium is using Please find the template in the Annex 1 of this deliverable. 6 CONCLUSIONS This report presents the construction of the iread webpage. The project website is one of the main assets for project dissemination and it is the entry point for potential users and people interested in this new technology. This website aims to create a structured project image that identifies the technology as well as to provide useful information for potential end users. Page 11
