Rabo Internet Banking Professional Authorisations (basic), options and limits Introduction With the Authorisations feature in Rabo Internet Banking Professional, you are in charge of the possibilities for segregation of duties, setting up authorisations and setting options. This enables you to handle your banking matters efficiently. You can find the settings for authorisations under Self-service Authorisations. This option can only be accessed by users with administrator rights, i.e. users with the role of Owner, AdministratorPlus or Administrator. Within the main menu for Authorisations, navigate to: Users and authorisations Account view Account groups (if you have activated this) Authorisation overview Limits and options These features are described in this document. Additional leaflets are available for the features Account groups and Extensive account authorisations.

Users and authorisations You can determine which functionalities, accounts, limits and access tools each user can use. You are fully in charge of viewing, entering, changing and deleting users. Overview of users Click on Users and authorisations to see an overview of the users under your agreement. Only an Owner and AdministratorPlus will have been added for a new agreement. You can display the detailed overview for a user by selecting the row concerned or clicking on the icon with the pencil. Here you can view and change, if required, the accounts and associated authorisations of the user. Roles When assigning or changing functions in your role as Owner or AdministratorPlus, you can give a user administrator rights or no administrator rights. In doing so, the user is given the role of Administrator or Officer. The table below provides additional information on the roles: Role Owner Explanatory information The Owner is the legal representative of the one(s) with whom the bank has concluded the Rabo Internet Banking Agreement. The Owner has full access to all authorisations for the (external) accounts and products in the agreement. The Owner can only be entered, modified and deleted by the bank. The owner can add a user (Officer) and assign administrator rights (Administrator). He may also request a Rabo OnlineKey for a user. The Owner is responsible and accountable for the acts performed by an AdministratorPlus, an Administrator and an Officer. AdministratorPlus The AdministratorPlus has the same rights as the Owner in the Rabo Internet Banking Professional Agreement, with the exception of being able to conclude new agreements and change or end existing agreements. An AdministratorPlus has full access to all authorizations for (external) accounts and products in the agreement. He can add a user (Officer) and assign administrator rights (Administrator). He may also request a Rabo OnlineKey for a user. An AdministratorPlus can only be entered, modified and deleted by the bank. Administrator Officer This user determines which officer can have what authorisations. The Administrator can only be added, modified and deleted by the Owner or AdministratorPlus. An Administrator cannot assign administrator rights to a user, i.e. he can only add Officers. He may also not request a Rabo OnlineKey for a user. An Officer can be added, modified or deleted by the Owner, AdministratorPlus or the Administrator. A user with the role of Officer can only view his own authorisations and does not have access to Authorisations. As a legal representative, you are responsible that the rights granted to users are up-to-date and suitable for their work. Version 1.5 February 2018 2

Adding a user Personal details The tab Personal details is the first screen you need to complete to add a new user. Are all details correct and complete? A user can deposit money if both the agreement and the account concerned are linked. After clicking on Save the access tool for the user can be linked on the next tab. Access You can link the card to the user as an access means here. This access means enables the user to log in to Rabo Internet Banking Professional and to use the accounts and products with the authorisation set for him or her. Only 1 access means can be linked to any one user. Only cards that have not yet been assigned to other users are shown. Besides linking the card, you can also apply for a Rabo OnlineKey card for the user here. The new card you apply for is required to be personalised, i.e. it must be registered in the name of the user. For existing users, this overview shows the status of the access code (under Access code (TIN) ). Copy account authorisations and limits For a user you can copy the set account authorisations and limits from an account to one or more accounts. As a result you can arrange the settings for multiple (new) accounts in one go. You can copy the account authorisations and limits in the tab Account authorisations via the button with the three dots beside the account to be copied. Choose the option Copy authorisations and limits. In the overview that follows you can select the accounts whose account authorisations and limits you want to adjust. All accounts within the agreement are shown. Accounts that are not yet linked to the user will be added after copying and saving. Copying the account authorisations and limits is possible for active current accounts in euros. You can copy the account authorisations and limits to all types of accounts so also to an account in foreign currencies. Change or delete user In the Users overview, the button with the dots allows you to change or delete a user. To change a user, you will see the same tabs as when you enter a new user. Existing users who were added in the past without personal details are an exception. In that case, you will only see the name and the user number of the user, with the option of personalising this profile. Deleting a user is advisable if that user s employment ends or if the employee has to be re-added as a user because his personal details have changed. In the latter case, it is advisable to copy the user first, add the correct personal details to the copied user and then delete the original user (with the now-outdated personal details). Replace users authorisations In the Users overview, you select one or more users (up to 10) whose authorisations you want to replace. Then you click on the button Replace users authorisations. You select the user whose generic, account and product authorisations have to be copied to the previously selected user(s). Confirm this by clicking on Replace authorisations. Four-eyes principle for changing authorisations You can use a four-eyes principle for setting and changing Generic and Account authorisations. If applicable, changes made by an Owner, AdministratorPlus or Administrator must be approved by another Owner, AdministratorPlus or Administrator. The Rabobank can set a four-eyes principle for changing authorisations. Version 1.5 February 2018 7

The descriptions you set are visible to you and your users in most overviews within Rabo Internet Banking Professional and the Rabo Banking App. Using them will increase the identifiability of the accounts that you use most. If you have activated the option Account groups, you can also assign accounts here to the Accounts groups created by you. Account groups The feature Account groups contains an overview of your Account groups and associated accounts and administrators. You can manage these by adding, modifying or deleting Account groups. You can activate Account groups under Limits and options. More information on activating Account groups is available under Limits and options. Version 1.5 February 2018 8

Limits and options The limits set for the agreement are shown on the page 'Limits and options'. The limits set are in euros. Limits Type of limit Agreement limit Director-Owner limit (D/O-limiet) Extra signature limit Explanatory information This is the amount that can be remitted per signature placed. The amount can only be changed by a user with the role of Owner or AdministratorPlus. The default setting for this amount is 50,000. The amount can be independently increased to a maximum of 500,000 by a user with the role of Owner or AdministratorPlus. This limit can be increased further in consultation with your Rabobank. Payments via ideal are subject to a limit of 50,000 per order, even if the limit in the agreement has been set at a higher amount. This means that ideal payments above 50,000 will not be processed. This limit is only visible if it has been set by your Rabobank. If there are several Owners within your agreement, only one Owner or AdministratorPlus can place a 1st signature for them, after which another Owner or AdministratorPlus must place a 2nd signature for them. A 2nd signature is required to be placed for orders exceeding this limit. An exception applies to the Owner and AdministratorPlus, this limit is not applicable for this role. The default setting for this amount is 250,000 and can only be changed in consultation with your Rabobank. Options Account groups You can activate or deactivate the option Account groups here. You can use Account groups to create separate groups, for instance business units or projects, within your agreement. Each group has its own accounts, administrators and address book. That allows you to restrict the use of and access to your agreement details to the users who actually need that information. Extensive account authorisations You can activate or deactivate the option Extensive Account authorisations here. Extensive Account authorisations allows you to apply even greater segregation of duties. Version 1.5 February 2018 10
