A. Access DMMonline STEP 1: Access DMMonline on the Production Environment Access DMMonline using this URL: https://www.medical.dla.mil. If you have a CAC or valid certificate, select your DOD email certificate and then click on OK: NOTE: If you do NOT have a CAC or certificate, this pop-up will not appear. STEP 2: Consent to the IS User Agreement This takes you to the DOD NOTICE AND CONSENT page (https://www.medical.dla.mil/wam/home/consent). After reading and consenting to the terms of the Information System (IS) User Agreement, click on the I Agree button: March 3, 2017 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Page 2 of 14
STEP 3: Access the Site Login for Single Sign On You are taken to the DMMonline Home Page (https://www.medical.dla.mil/portal/).in the upperright corner of the main panel, click on the Site Login hyperlink: This takes you to the Web Access Management (WAM) page (https://www.medical.dla.mil/wam/). STEP 4: Register as Either a New or Existing DMMonline User The next steps to follow depend on whether or not you have previously registered for any other application on DMMonline. STEP 4A: Register as a New DMMonline User If you have NEVER registered for any application on https://www.medical.dla.mil: In the Application Menu section, you will see a New User Registration hyperlink. Click on it, then proceed to Step 5 in Section B1. DMMonline New User Registration, below. (If the hyperlink is NOT listed, then move to Step 4b, directly below.) The page will refresh into a New User Registration Request page. STEP 4B: Register as a DMMonline Existing User If you HAVE registered for another application, the New User Registration hyperlink will NOT be listed as you are an existing user. B1. DMMonline New User Registration STEP 5: Enter Your Email Address Enter your email in the Email Address text field, click the button to review and agree to the User Agreement. Click the I Agree button. This automatically places a checkmark to certify that you have read and accepted the Agreement. Click on the Continue button. STEP 6: Receive Registration Request Confirmation Email The screen will confirm your request and trigger an email to be sent to you. Normally, you should receive the email from dmmonline@dla.mil almost immediately. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not receive the email within 48 hours, please click on the Customer Assistance hyperlink under Helpful Links in the lower-left pane of the page. STEP 7: Confirm Your Email Address To confirm your email address, follow the instructions contained in the email, and either click on the link or paste it into a web browser. You will be taken to the New User Registration form -- https://www.medical.dla.mil/registration/newuserreg.aspx. March 3, 2017 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Page 5 of 14

STEP 9: Supply Your DLA Username [DLA Users Only] If you are a DLA User, include your DLA Username (if applicable). STEP 10: Create a Password and Secret Question/Answer Follow the rules for creating a password and answer the Secret Question section. March 3, 2017 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Page 7 of 14
STEP 11: Place a Checkmark Next to Trading Partner Scroll down the page and check off Trading Partner as the application for which you want to register, and click on the Next button. ************ SKIP TO STEP 14 to Complete the TP User Registration ************ B2. DMMonline Existing User Registration STEP 12: Register as an Existing DMMonline User CONTINUED FROM STEP 4B. If you have registered for another application on DMMonline, then in the Application Menu, click on the Existing User Registration hyperlink. March 3, 2017 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Page 8 of 14
STEP 13: Place a Checkmark Next to Trading Partner On the following screen https://www.medical.dla.mil/wam/account/modifyapplications - Place a checkmark next to Trading Partner, and then click on the Next button. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is VERY IMPORTANT that you place the checkmark next to Trading Partner. If you choose the wrong application and you attempt to modify your registration, the Trading Partner and Infrastructure Teams will NOT be notified. March 3, 2017 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Page 9 of 14
C. Complete the Trading Partner User Registration Form STEP 14: Complete All Trading Partner Application Questions On the following screen, complete all Trading Partner Application Questions. 1. Enter a Justification (Reason for requesting access to the application) (e.g., I am a member of the Trading Partner End-to-End Testing Group. ). 2. Select your Role Customer, Service Representative, Contracting Officer, or Other (View-Only Access). 3. Depending on your Role, an additional pull-down will be displayed: a. If you select Customer or Service Representative (SR), the Affiliation pull-down will appear. b. If you select Contracting Officer (KO), the Bus. Organization pull-down is displayed and you must select your specific Business Organization. c. No other pull-downs appear if Other (View-Only Access) is selected. 4. Affiliation (Customers): a. For a Customer who chooses an Affiliation of Navy Fleet, the Bus. Organization is displayed but is automatically assigned to Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) and cannot be changed. b. For all other Customer Affiliations (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, DHA, Coast Guard, DoD Other, Non-DoD Other and DLA), the Bus. Organization pull-down is displayed but this time you may choose whether you support Med/Surg, Pharm, or Both Business Organizations. 5. Customers then select their DoDAAC(s). a. Select your DoDAAC(s), or hold down the CTRL key to choose multiple DoDAACs. If you find that your DoDAAC is not in the list, contact your Contracting Officer. The DoDAAC(s) you select here are the ones that will be associated to you in Trading Partner; any value in the DoDAAC field in your Basic User Information (refer to STEP 8) will be ignored for the purposes of the TP application. b. Notes: For Customers who support BOTH M/S and Pharm, the DoDAAC will display either (MS) or (PH) and the DoDAAC Name. If a DoDAAC is used in both Business Organizations then both will be listed and separated by // (e.g., N46245 (MS) - MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITY // N46245 (PH) - USNS MERCY - SAN DIEGO, CA ). Roll over a DoDAAC to see the entire row, or use the mouse to scroll to the right using the scroll-bar at the bottom of the pane. March 3, 2017 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Page 11 of 14
c. You may also filter on a specific DoDAAC to narrow down the list to your specific filter criteria. 6. The same rules apply for Service Representatives, although they do not make a DoDAAC selection. a. SRs who have an Afilliation of Navy - Fleet, are automatically assigned to Med/Surg. b. SRs association with all other Affiliations in the pull-down may choose the specific Business Organization s/he supports or select Both if that is the case. 7. Make your selections and then click on the Submit button. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you encounter an error after you click on the Submit button either: a) You can t move off the page and you see a small yellow icon in the lower-left corner of the screen (i.e., a javascript error) Or b) The registration page closes but an unexpected error appears: then the SMTP mail service is down and the Trading Partner/Infrastructure Teams will NOT receive your registration request. When this occurs, please click on the Customer Assistance hyperlink under Helpful Links in the lower-left pane of the page to report the error and obtain next steps. You will be taken to the registration request confirmation screen -- https://www.medical.dla.mil/registration/registrationcomplete.aspx: STEP 15: Receive Notification of Successful Trading Partner Activation The remainder of the registration process requires participation from both the Trading Partner Team and the DMMonline Administrator. As a result, depending on what time of day you are completing your registration, it may take some time to complete the process and receive a confirmation email. Once you have been activated/approved, you will receive a confirmation email from a Trading Partner team member with helpful information about your access and instructions on how to access the application. Any changes you made in your TP Registration Form will now be reflected when you log in to the application. IMPORTANT NOTES: a. If you attempt to access Trading Partner prior to access being granted and receiving an approval email, you will either see the following status update (if you had never registered before) or if you changed from Pharm to Med/Surg or to Both, then you will still only see Profiles for your original Solicitation. b. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please send an email to TradingPartnerSupport@dla.mil and/or click on the Customer Assistance hyperlink under Helpful Links in the lower-left pane of the page. STEP 16: Access the Trading Partner Application When you go to DMMonline - https://www.medical.dla.mil/wam/ Trading Partner will now be listed under Applications you current have access to. It will also be in the Logistics Applications pull-down menu, on the Portal home page: https://www.medical.dla.mil/portal/ Either way, once you select Trading Partner and then click on the I Agree button on the consent form, you will be taken to the Trading Partner application homepage.
