Consultation The project begins with the discovery. This is where a highly-experienced solutions consultant and architect will collaboratively conduct an initial scoping assessment to understand the full business requirements and audit the existing solution. At this stage, a high-level solution design will be produced along with a quotation estimate. 2. Architecture The solution architect will prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) fully documenting the design including deployment and configuration deliverables for the project. 3. Deployment Managed deployment of the new solution according to agreed specifications and schedule includes environment preparation, infrastructure or servers installation and configuration. 4. Testing The final stage of the project is user-acceptance testing to validate solution operability before project completion.

Assumptions, limitations & responsibilities Cogeco Peer 1 s solutions architects will facilitate a consultation call in order to create the required Statement of Work (SOW) for the design and deployment project. Deployment target dates will be agreed upon and noted in the SOW for the project. Customer will be available to perform all functional and final acceptance testing of the newly-deployed services. Customer will report all in-scope items (per SOW) to be remediated within the 30-day user acceptance testing period after which time the warranty coverage will end. Scope A Statement of Work document will be provided to the customer for review prior to commencement of work. The document will detail the scope of work to be performed for the deployment to be successfully completed. Any additional services discussed or implied that are not explicitly defined by the Statement of Work will be considered out of scope. Completion criteria The project will be considered as completed once all the deliverables detailed in the Statement of Work are complete. Cogeco Peer 1 has completed its responsibilities once the project is delivered and has been approved by the customer, or seven days from the date of handover. After handover the customer has 30 days to test and sign off on SOW as accepted.
