Quick Panel Brochure What the Quick Panel System offers The Quick Panel offers the one the fastest ways to install a Fibre Optic Patch Panel and Trunk Cable - Just plug and play! Fast Very fast! It just takes just a second to mate a 12 or 24 fibre trunk cable to a loaded patch panel. Superior Design Easy to order Quality With it s shallow depth of this system is ideal for installation in space restrictive areas including copper racking systems and server cabinets. Just two part numbers, instead of dozens of components. A factory sealed and tested patch panel with a trunk cable is superior in quality to anything that can be assembled on site. Savings Time is money. The Quick Panel will provide considerable savings in time to the installer. The Quick Panel provides superior design and build quality, whilst offering the installer many time saving features, including; Factory Spliced Terminations No need for expensive fusion splice equipment or highly trained personnel. Each connection is rigorously tested and will not require any re-termination or re-working on site. Sealed twice The Quick Panel is the installer s friend: The patch panel is sealed after factory testing, preventing any tampering or accidental disconnections whilst in transit and storage, ensuring these panels work first time, every time, straight out of the box. The patch panel is also sealed in an air tight plastic bag after a factory clean this ensures that any connectors and adapters remain clean in transit and storage. Avoiding the need for time and manpower consuming cleaning, of anything up to 96 connectors/adapters, on site using expensive and messy solvents and cleaning materials. Each panel is loss tested before dispatch reducing any testing delays on site. Environmentally Friendly these panels are supplied in discrete, user friendly, easy to dispose of environmentally friendly packaging, plus there is a reduced need for the transport and disposal of all of the paraphernalia associated with on-site termination and cleaning. Factory terminated, pre-tested and sealed, designed for extended service and with a product warranty, these panels will display superior performance compared to on site termination. They can complete the installation in the shortest time. (This is often very important for the user and the tender may well be assigned to the installer who can provide a rapid install) and least amount of down time.
