1.0 Login Account Types At AECOM there are two Active Directory ADs that manage users in ProjectWise. AECOM - The first AD manages AECOM user accounts. When a user is added to this AD they use their native AECOM login. This enables users to auto sign-in when the user is already logged into their computer. AECOMONLINE This AD manages external user accounts and legacy company accounts who are in transition. This AD requires the user to use their login and password every time they access ProjectWise. This AD also has a higher level of managed security and monitoring. All users will need an individual user account to access ProjectWise. Users are not allowed to share accounts. The process of adding users to either of the ADs is different. See the PA Guide, section Add new users to ProjectWise. 2.0 Datasources To login to ProjectWise you will need to open the ProjectWise Explorer application, then select a datasource to login.
