Registration Overview The Registration process refers to the steps that must complete in order for an agent to start using the MoneyGram system. The process is broken out in steps performed by both the user and the Administrator. Step 1. You will receive a request from your Administrator to log in to the personal computer (PC) where you will perform your daily tasks. This is called Fingerprinting or registering your computer. (See Initial Log In topic in this user guide.) Step 2. The Administrator completes the registration. Step 3. Once the final steps by the Administrator are completed the agent is notified to start using the MoneyGram system. Important: In some cases a Managers approval of new users to the system and updates to existing user profiles is required. 2012 MoneyGram International, Inc. 2

1. Initial Log In AgentWorks Register a PC (User) The initial log in to AgentWorks requires each user to perform a Registration for their computer. This registration records the user s profile with the AgentWorks software. Before you begin: The Administrator has created your user profile. Once you receive notification to begin, follow the steps below to register your PC. 1. Open a Web browser to access the AgentWorks web address provided by your system administrator.
