General Settings Admin can view General Settings option under Settings menu in the left panel of the admin area. Please see screenshot for your reference:

In this section, Admin can configure the core settings of the website. Following are the list of setting available under this section: GENERAL TAB In this section, Admin can manage the following information: A. STORE OWNER EMAIL Email id of the store owner B. TELEPHONE Telephone number of a website owner C. FAX Fax of a website owner D. TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE Link to the terms and conditions page Please see below screenshot for your reference:

LOCAL TAB In this section, Admin can configure the following settings: A. DEFAULT SITE LANGUAGE Admin can set default language for the site B. TIMEZONE Admin can set timezone for the website C. COUNTRY Admin can set country of the website D. DATE FORMAT Admin can set date format of the website E. DEFAULT SITE CURRENCY Admin can set default currency of the website F. FAQ PAGE MAIN CATEGORY Admin can set main category of the FAQ page. On the FAQ page, all questions of the selected category will be displayed. G. SEO TAB In this section, Admin can configure the following settings: A. TWITTER USERNAME Admin has to add the twitter username. This is required for twitter card SEO. B. SITE TRACKER CODE In this field, Admin can add site tracker code Please see below screenshot for your reference:

OPTIONS TAB In this section, Admin can manage the following settings: A. ADMIN Admin can set number of products to be listed on per page. B. CHECKOUT PROCESS Admin can enable/disable the live payments on the check of this option. C. PRODUCT Admin can set following configurations: i. PRODUCT S MODEL MANDATORY Admin can make the Model field mandatory while adding a product ii. PRODUCT S SKU MANDATORY - Admin can make the SKU field mandatory while adding a product iii. DEFAULT ITEMS PER PAGE Admin can define the total number of products to display on the listing page D. AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS Admin can set following configurations for affiliate users: i. REQUIRES APPROVAL Admin can enable/disable automatic approval of new affiliate user. ii. SIGN UP COMMISSION Admin can set an affiliate commission when a new user registers through an affiliate iii. AFFILIATE TERMS Admin can select a page for an affiliated terms and conditions iv. REFERRER URL/LINK VALIDITY PERIOD Admin can set number of days to expire a referrer URL v. NEW AFFILIATE ALERT EMAIL Admin can enable /disable the email notifications on the registration of a new email.

E. ACCOUNT Admin can set following configuration related to the account: i. ACTIVATE SELLERS TO ADD CUSTOM PRODUCTS If this option is enabled then a seller can add custom products through seller area. Otherwise, he has to select products from the catalog. ii. ALLOW SELLERS TO REQUEST ADDING NEW PRODUCTS TO THE CATALOG If this option is enabled then a seller can send request to add new products in the catalog. iii. ACTIVATE ADMIN APPROVAL FOR REGISTRATION If this option is enabled then Admin need to approve/disapprove each user after registration. A user will not be able to login until admin approves. iv. ACTIVATE EMAIL VERIFICATION AFTER REGISTRATION Admin can enable this option to send an email verification after registration. v. ACTIVATE NOTIFY ADMINISTRATOR ON EACH REGISTRATION - If this option is enabled then Admin will be notified after each registration. vi. ACTIVATE AUTO LOGIN AFTER REGISTRATION If this option is enabled then a user will be automatically logged in after completing the registration process. vii. ACTIVATE SENDING WELCOME MAIL AFTER REGISTRATION If this option is enabled then system will automatically send a welcome email to the user after the registration. viii. ACTIVATE SEPARATE SELLER SIGN UP FORM Admin can enable/disable the separate seller sign up form.

ix. ACTIVATE ADMINISTRATOR APPROVAL ON SELLER REQUEST IF this option is enabled then Admin need to approve/disapprove a seller s request. A seller will not be able to login until Admin approves. x. BUYERS CAN SEE SELLER TAB If this option is enabled a buyer can see sellers tab. xi. ENABLE FACEBOOK LOGIN Admin can enable/disable the Login with Facebook feature on the website. xii. GOOGLE PLUS LOGIN Admin can enable/disable the Login with Google feature on the website. xiii. MAX SELLER REQUEST ATTEMPTS Admin can set a number of times for sellers to send a request. F. COMMISSION i. MAXIMUM SITE COMMISSION Admin can set the maximum site commission To Charge commission including shipping, Admin has to enable the Commission Charged including Shipping option To charge commission including Tax, Admin has to enable the Commission Charged including Tax option G. WITHDRAWAL I. MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT Admin can set the minimum withdrawal amount II. MINIMUM INTERVAL Admin can set the number of days as a minimum interval between withdrawal requests.

H. REWARD POINTS I. REWARD POINTS IN Admin can set rewards points equal to the real money (For example: 10 reward points are equal to 1 USD) II. MINIMUM REWARD POINTS REQUIRED TO USE Admin can set minimum amount of reward points III. MAXIMUM REWARD POINT Admin can set maximum number of reward points IV. REWARD POINT VALIDITY Admin can set number of days as validity period for the reward points. I. REVIEWS I. DEFAULT REVIEW STATUS Admin can set a default status for reviews II. ALLOW REVIEW Admin can allow/disallow reviews on the website III. NEW REVIEW ALERT EMAIL Admin can enable this feature to receive email alert for a new review.

J. Cart I. ON PAYMENT CANCEL MAINTAIN CART If this option is enabled then product items will not be removed from the cart on cancelling an order. II. ON PAYMENT FAILURE MAINTAIN CART If this option is enabled then product items will not be removed from the cart on payment failure for an order K. CHECKOUT i. NEW ORDER ALERT EMAIL Admin can enable this feature to receive email alert for new order. ii. DEFAULT CHILD ORDER STATUS Admin can set the default status for child orders iii. DEFAULT PAID ORDER STATUS Admin can set default status for paid orders iv. DEFAULT SHIPPING ORDER STATUS Admin can set default status for shipping orders v. DEFAULT DELIVERED ORDER STATUS Admin can set default status for delivered orders vi. DEFAULT CANCELLED ORDER STATUS Admin can set default status for cancelled orders vii. RETURN REQUESTED ORDER STATUS Admin can set the default status for return requested orders viii. RETURN REQUEST WITHDRAWN ORDER STATUS Admin can set the default status for return request withdraw orders ix. RETURN REQUEST APPROVED ORDER STATUS Admin can set default status for return request approved orders. x. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDER STATUS Admin can set default status for cash on delivery orders xi. SELLER ORDER STATUSES Admin can select the order statuses for sellers. A seller will be able to see only that orders which have statuses selected by the Admin xii. BUYER ORDER STATUSES Admin can select the order statuses for buyers. A buyer will be able to see only that orders which have statuses selected by the Admin xiii. PROCESSING ORDER STATUS Admin can select statuses for Inprocess/Shipped/Delivered orders xiv. COMPLETED ORDER STATUS Admin can set statuses for completed orders xv. FEEDBACK READY ORDER STATUS Admin can set statuses for Feedback ready orders.

xvi. xvii. xviii. xix. xx. xxi. ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATION BY BUYERS Admin can set statuses to allow order cancellation. (For example: Buyer will be able to cancel the Shipped and delivered orders). ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATION BY BUYERS ON DIGITAL Admin can set statuses to allow order cancellation on digital products. ALLOW RETURN/EXCHANGE Admin can set statuses to allow return/exchange on orders. ALLOW RETURN/EXCHANGE ON DIGITAL Admin can statuses to allow return/exchange on digital products. PURCHASES CALCULATION (FOR BUYERS) Admin can statuses to calculate the purchases for buyers. (For example: If selected order status is Shipped and delivered then when an order will be marked as shipped, order count will be updated immediately.) LIVE CHAT TAB In this section, Admin can Enable/Disable live chat on the website and configure the same by adding a chat script provides by the third party. A. Activate Live Chat Admin can enable/disable the live chat option on the website B. Live Chat Code Admin can add the chat script in this field Please see below screenshot for your reference:

THIRD PARTY API S TAB In this section, Admin can configure the third party API s like Facebook, MailChimp, Google, Newsletter Subscription settings etc. Basic A. FACEBOOK APP ID Admin can add the Facebook app id for Facebook login and post features. B. FACEBOOK APP SECRET Admin can add the Facebook app secret for Facebook plugins. C. GOOGLE PLUS DEVELOPER KEY - D. GOOGLE PLUS CLIENT ID Admin can add the Google plus client id to support Login with Google feature E. GOOGLE PLUS CLIENT SECRET Admin can add this secret key for Google Authentication F. GOOGLE MAP API KEY Admin can add Map API key to get the location of a user. EMAIL MARKETING SYSTEM As per the current system only MailChimp is available C. MAILCHIMP KEY Admin can add MailChimp API Key to connect subscribe with MailChimp account D. MAILCHIMP LIST ID Admin can add list Id to add subscribers in the MailChimp subscribers list.

REPLY TO EMAIL ADDRESS Admin can add the reply to email address C. SEND EMAIL Admin can enable/disable the default send email function. D. CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS Admin can add contact email address E. SEND SMTP EMAIL Admin can enable/disable the SMTP on the website F. SMTP HOST If SMTP email is enabled then admin has to add SMTP host G. SMTP PORT If SMTP email is enabled then admin has to add SMTP port. H. SMTP USERNAME If SMTP email is enabled then admin has to add SMTP username I. SMTP PASSWORD- If SMTP email is enabled then admin has to add SMTP password J. SMTP SECURE Admin can enable TLS/SSL on the website K. SHARING TAB In this section, Admin can manage the caption and title of a post when any user share website on the Facebook. A. FACEBOOK POST TITLE Admin can add title of the Facebook post when a user shares his referral link. B. FACEBOOK POST CAPTION Admin can add caption for the Facebook post. C. REFERRAL TAB In this section, Admin can enable/disable referral module and can set reward points for both referrer and referrals. Reward Benefits on Registration A. ENABLE REFERRAL MODULE Admin can enable/disable the referral module B. REFERRER URL/LINK VALIDITY PERIOD Admin can set the validity period for a referrer URL C. REFERRER REWARD POINTS Admin can set the reward points for a referrer when their referrals will register. D. REFERRER REWARD POINTS VALIDITY Admin can set the validity period for the referrer reward points. E. REFERRAL REWARD POINTS Admin can set reward points for Referrals when they register through referrer. F. REFERRAL REWARD POINTS VALIDITY Admin can set number of days as a validity period for the reward points. (If you don t want reward points to expire, please leave it blank) Reward Benefits on First Purchase G. REFERRER REWARD POINTS Admin can set reward points for referrers when their referrals will make first purchase. H. REFERRER REWARD POINTS VALIDITY Admin can set number of days as a validity period for referrer reward points I. REFERRAL REWARD POINTS Admin can reward points for referrals when they will make a first purchase through their referrers J. DISCOUNT TAB In this section, Admin can manage Discount Coupons, Birthday Reward Points, and Buying in a year reward points. First Time Buyers Discount Coupon A. ENABLE 1ST TIME BUYERS DISCOUNT Admin can enable/disable discounts for first time buyers B. DISCOUNT IN Admin can select discount as percentage or Flat. C. DISCOUNT VALUE Admin can set discount value for first time buyer D. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE Admin can set minimum order value eligible for discount coupon E. MAX DISCOUNT VALUE Admin can set maximum order value eligible for discount coupon F. DISCOUNT COUPON VALIDITY Admin can set number of days as validity for discount coupon. Birthday Reward Points G. ENABLE BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT Admin can enable/disable the birthday discounts H. BIRTHDAY REWARD POINTS Admin can set the number of points as a birthday reward points I. REWARD POINTS VALIDITY Admin can set number of days as validity period for birthday reward points Buying in an year reward points J. ENABLE MODULE Admin can enable/disable the buying in an year reward points K. BUYING COMPLETION ORDER STATUS Admin can select statuses to mark an order as completed to calculate the reward points. L. MINIMUM BUYING VALUE Admin can set minimum buying value of a user in a year M. REWARD POINTS Admin can set the rewards points for N. SUBSCRIPTION In this section, Admin can manage the subscription module A. ENABLE SUBSCRIPTION MODULE Admin can enable/disable the subscription module B. ENABLE ADJUST AMOUNT Admin can check this option to adjust the subscription payment while upgrading/downgrading plan. C. Reminder email before subscription expire Admin can set number of days to send an email regarding ending their subscription. D. SELLER SUBSCRIPTION STATUSES Admin can select the statuses for seller subscription

SYSTEM In this section, Admin can manage settings related to system messages. A. AUTO CLOSE SYSTEM MESSAGES Admin can enable/disable the auto close system messages B. TIME FOR AUTO CLOSE MESSAGES Admin can set time for auto close messages.

PPC MANAGEMENT TAB In this section, Admin can manage settings related to the PPC module A. MINIMUM WALLET BALANCE Admin can set minimum balance for wallet B. DAYS INTERVAL TO CHARGE WALLET Admin can set the number of days as interval to charge wallet C. COST PER CLICK (PRODUCT) Admin can set the cost per click for products D.
