NOTES: For customers with Cloud License: Your 7.x License Key has been activated. Customers who are currently using LiveNX 6.x and have a Traditional license key activated, will require a new license to support the new software. However, if you are using the All-In-One OVA with internet connectivity, please contact support@liveaction.com to convert your Traditional key to a Cloud license. You may upgrade directly to LiveNX 7.3.0 (via WebUI online/offline method) from the following versions, 6.0.x, 6.1.x,6.2.x,7.x,7.1.x,7.2.x using the full upgrade package URL from the LiveAction Download Page. In a virtual environment, take a snapshot of your current LiveAction VM(s) before proceeding with the upgrade Once the upgrade has been successfully completed, power off the VM and delete the snapshot. VMs with snapshots run slower in general and will impact the performance. Do not use a single snapshot for more than 24-72 hours. Known Issues If there are any existing custom reports saved in the Java client, please make sure to delete them before upgrading to the v7.3.0. 1-2 LiveNX Upgrade Guide
