Revised 9/2016 Page 13

Enhanced Account Protection Enrollment (EAP) Option Online Banking Wire Transfer Enrollment 1. When an Online Banking account is first enabled for wire transfers, you will be prompted to enroll in EAP the next time you log into Online Banking (unless you are a Business Online Banking user with Dual Authorization, see page 15). 2. Enroll in EAP by selecting a PIN and entering the mobile number that will be used for EAP. 3. When a Wire Transfer is created, a one-time code will be sent to your enrolled mobile device as a text message. This one-time code is valid for 8 minutes. The PIN and the one-time code must be entered to complete the transaction. Revised 9/2016 Page 14

Using Dual Authorization Option Business Online Banking customers have the option of using Dual Authorization instead of EAP. Dual Authorization requires two individuals to complete a transaction for additional control over business accounts. With Dual Authorization turned on, requested Wire Transfer transactions will not take effect until a second user, designated as an Approver, logs into Business Online Banking and takes action to approve the item. For example, User A creates a wire request. User B (previously designated as an Approver) would then log into Business Online Banking, and go to the Payment Center. The wire created by User A would show as Pending Add Approval. User B can then select that wire request and then either Approve or Deny the wire request according to his or her business policies. Initial enrollment will include identification of the Dual Authorization Approvers; you will receive an email from Vectra Bank once the service has been enabled. A Customer System Administrator (CSA) can grant or remove the Approver designation for any user within Online Banking by accessing the Admin tab on the main menu. By clicking on the user name, a CSA can then check or uncheck the Approver flag as desired. If Dual Authorization is also turned on for User Administration, any changes to a user profile must then be approved by a second CSA. Revised 9/2016 Page 15
