Data Center SC1 ABOUT DUPONT FABROS TECHOLOGY (DFT) DFT is a leading owner, developer, operator and manager of wholesale data centers. OVERVIEW One of the largest, most sophisticated and efficient data centers available in the Greater San Francisco Bay area, SC1 will bring a new class of data center to the market. Designed to LEED Standards, SC1 will be built in two identical Phases, each comprising 18.2 MW of Critical Load. With its flexible and efficient design, customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. Should a tenant s requirement increase, our scalable solution enables them to take additional space as needed. The facility has multiple major fiber carriers on site and will benefit from the area s most competitive power rates. Our goal is to maximize Power Usage Effectiveness ("PUE") in all aspects of data center operations. Dynamic electrical distribution and flexible floor plans provide optimal solutions for our tenants.
