Quick-Fire TS Section Strategy Step 1 Confirm correct initial configuration load against diagram using loopback address (or other address if loopbacks not present in diagram) Step 2 Begin reading tickets from Ticket 1 forward Step 3 Annotate Trouble Ticket Tracker with entry for the ticket attempted; log ticket number, point value, and the perceived technological area Step 4 Begin problem isolation with ticket; if problem isolation cannot be achieved in 3 minutes, record observations on tracker and proceed to next Ticket and begin at Step 3 12
