How to Log in for New Employees Step 1: You will receive an email with your login details. To activate the new password, click on the link in the email. Use the new username and password in this email to login. Step 2: Log in using the password you receive in the email above. Step 3: After you login you will be asked to confirm your location. If the location is correct click on the Confirm button. Continue to step 6. If the location is incorrect click on the Change button. Step 4: Choose a location from the list. Highlight it pink, click to select. Alternatively you can search for a location by typing in the suburb, location code or post code in the search box and click the Search button. 3
Step 5: Click the Confirm button to save the location. Step 6: Before you start ordering it is best to change your password to something you will remember for future orders. Click on the Change Your Details link. Step 7: Click on the Change Password link then add your current password from the email you received and create a new password. Click the Submit button. When you have finished click on the HOME link to start ordering. Go to page 7. 4
How to Log in for Existing Employees To log into https://www.pbworkwearonline.com.au you need a username and password. To login follow these steps: Step 1: Your Username is: NT99829_EXXXXXX The X s are your employee number. Step 2: Your Password is: The password you used last order period. Note: Your password is case sensitive. Step 3: Click on the Login button. Step 4: After you login you will be asked to confirm your location. If the location is correct click on the Confirm button. Continue to step 6. If the location is incorrect click on the Change button. Step 5: Choose a location from the list. Highlight it pink, click to select. Alternatively you can search for a location by typing in the suburb, location code or post code in the search box and click the Search button. 5
Step 6: Click the Confirm button to save the location. 6
Ordering Products Step 1: On the home page you will see the pack/products you can order. To order move your cursor over the pack name and click to open and view all the garments. Or highlight the category you want and click to open. Step 2: To view all the information on a garment, click on the image or the name of the garment to open. 7
Step 3: To order this garment select the size and quantity from the drop down list, then click the Add to Cart button. To go back without ordering this garment click on the back arrow on your browser. The Pack Progress will update when you order items. It is an easy guide to see where you are up to. Click to enlarge images Step 4: To continue ordering click on the pack name and choose your garments. If you have finished ordering check the order within the Shopping Cart then click on the Checkout button. If you need to remove an item tick the box next to the garment and click on the Amend Cart button. Go back and choose the correct garments. 8
Step 5: Read the Terms & Conditions. If you except these click on the Confirm button to continue. If you click on the Decline button you won t be able to continue with your order. Step 6: Confirm your order is correct then click the Next button. 9
Step 7: There are 2 choices of payment. Click on the one you want. For payroll deduction you MUST complete the payroll deduction form which is located in the information other section when your order is complete online. All Payroll deduction orders will have to go to approver. Check your employee number is correct and click the Next button. For Credit card payments fill in the details and click the Next button. These orders do not need to go to approver. 10
Step 8: Click the Place Order button to finalise your order. Step 9: You will receive this message online when your order is complete. Note: The order will be sent for approval. Click on the Logout buton. You will receive a confirmation email. The purchase order number provided in your confirmation email can be used as your reference if you need to contact Customer Service. 11
Order Status The Order Status facility holds all your historical order data, allowing you to search, review and track orders placed with The Workwear Group. Step 1: Click on the Orders button in the Navigation bar. Step 2: In the Order Status search page choose one of the 4 ways to do a search, Outstanding Orders, Approval Orders, Completed Orders and All Orders. Click on the drop down list, highlight it and click to select. Click on the Go button to review the order status. Step 3: In the Order Status summary page, review your orders as listed, and/or click on any order number to review the order in more detail. 12
Step 4: In the Order Status detail page, review the order details. If there are multiple orders, click on another order number at the top of the screen to review the details. 13
