PULL & PUSH TYPE This type of Rolling Shutters are manually operated and it are widely used. It protects your premises against burglary and vandalism. This can be manufactured in 0.70 mm (22 swg) to 1.2 mm (18 swg) using Galvanized / C.R.C / Colour Coated / S.S. In Pull and Push Shutter mechanism it can work upto 100 sq.ft. Above 100 sq.ft and upto 120 sq.ft. it requires ball bearing pulley's for smooth movement. MECHANICAL GEAR TYPE Above 120'-0 sq.ft., pull and push type rolling shutter are not easy to operate, so the mechanical gear shutter system must be provided. Shutter operations are controlled by Varum Gear Wheel device, available in cast Iron / in M.S. / bearing type gear set. These type of Rolling Shutter is operated with the help of rotating handle.
SEE THROUGH PERFORATED Manufactured with the same specifications as that of rolling shutters except the screening portion. Using this shutters one can display their product even when shutter is closed and the valuable products and goods are secured. S.S. Shutter Gate Motorised Shutter Gate FOLDING SHUTTER GATES (GALVANIZED / S.S. / M.S.) Wel Roll's Shutter Gate is specially designed for where the height of the entrance is too short or places where the width of the entrance is too big. At such places the installation of the Rolling Shutter is not possible thus Shutter Gates are installed. Ideal for Jewellery Showrooms, round shape entrance. This shutters can also be made see through using perforated sections. The standard heavy duty top track made from M.S. & bright bar is to make strong and smooth operations. Only 65 mm (2½ ) of head room is reserved for the Top track. Bottom rails can be made both fixed as well as removable as per the requirement.
