The International Design Exhibition has partnered with Map Your Show to provide attendees with an Interactive Floor Plan & Online Planner to assist them with researching exhibitors and planning their time at the 2012 event. Exhibitors, ensure your online profile is accurate. Use INDEX s Exhibitor Dashboard to manage your online listing add your contact details, product categories, brands, green products, represented companies, agents & distributors, press releases, a company logo and a product image so attendees can learn more about your company. Please follow the simple instructions below and throughout this PDF to maintain or update your information. STEP 1: Accessing the Exhibitor Dashboard Go to https://index12.exh.mapyourshow.com and enter your Exhibitor ID, Password and Name (enter the name of the person logging in). NOTE: Your Exhibitor ID & Password can be found in the Directory Notification e-mail you received from Map Your Show. If you don t have the original e-mail, you can request your log in information by e-mailing help@mapyourshow.com. - 1 -

STEP 2: Getting Started Once logged in, you re taken to the opening page of the Exhibitor Dashboard. To proceed with updating your listing, you can select the blue Listing Information link in the Red alert box, or you can select the blue edit link below the Alert Box. Both options will take you to the area where you can manage your listing. Specific locations are indicated by arrows in the visual below. NOTE: As you may notice in the ALERT box, the deadline to have your information updated for the printed show catalogue is 15 July 2012. Any changes made after this date will be reflected online, but not in the printed show catalogue. - 2 -

STEP 3: Updating Your Company Information - You are now on the listing page which contains various sections that you can maintain. At the bottom of each section, there is a blue button titled Edit Information or Click Here ; see arrows below for reference. For each section you wish to maintain or update, select the link and complete the forms provided. Below is a sample layout; the page you see will have more sections included. NOTE: Once you have completed all forms you wish to submit, please select the Approve Data button in the green box at the top of the screen. This notifies show management your listing has been reviewed and you will no longer receive notifications reminding you to approve your listing information. - 3 -

STEP 4: Uploading Your Company Logo To upload your company logo for your online listing, go to the Company Information tab on the green menu bar and select Upload Company Logo from the drop down menu referenced below in Screen 4A. Screen 4A: On the next screen referenced below in screen 4B, select the Browse button to browse your computer files and find your logo. Once you have chosen the file, select the Update button and your logo will be displayed online. Screen 4B: - 4 -

NOTE: Maximum file size is 300 x 50 pixels; file types accepted include.jpg or.gif (static images only); color mode should be RGB only If you have issues uploading your logo, please send the logo file to help@mapyourshow.com indicating your company name as well as the show name. STEP 5: Uploading a Product Image As a part of your exhibit package, you may upload one product image for your online listing. To upload your product image, go to Company Information on the green menu bar and select Product Panels referenced below in screen 5A. Screen 5A: - 5 -

Proceed by selecting Upload Content as indicated in screen 5B. Screen 5B: NOTE: Additional product image panels or video panels are available for purchase at https://index12.exh.mapyourshow.com/signup. Now choose whether you want your product panel to include only an image (Image Only), a product image with description (Image w/text) or simply a product description (Text Only). Screen 5C: - 6 -

STEP 5 (Continued): Next, if you ve chosen the Image w/text option, you must select the orientation of how your image is laid out in respect to the description (image on top, image on left, or image on right). Then proceed with entering your title and a description as referenced in screen 5D below. Click Browse to locate your image on your computer; select the image and click the Add Product Panel! button; once submitted your product will be displayed online. Screen 5D: - 7 -

STEP 6: Adding Press Releases, Brochures or White Papers As a part of your exhibit package you may add up to 10 documents. To upload your files, choose Company Information on the green menu bar and select the Add Press Releases, Brochures, White Papers option referenced on screen 6A below. Screen 6A: Next, enter the date, add your document title and browse your computer for the file you wish to upload. Select the Add Press Release button and your file will be displayed online.
