System Requirements: The minimum requirements for using the Software are: 1). Windows XP/Vista/7 2). A minimum of 512 MB RAM 3). 1 GB of hard disk space 4). Microsoft Office Access 2003 or higher 5). Serial Port - COM Port (minimum 1) 6). USB Port 7). CD-ROM Drive 8). RS-232 to RS-485 Converter 9). Software dongle of data logger (According to software requirement). A free serial port or a USB port must be provided for communicating the PC to the data logger using the communication interface.
Software Features:- Universal Software is highly reliable. This software is very user friendly. User defined Channels selection and customized instruments name. Three types of Data Reports can generate 1. Data Report of TEMPERATURE, RH, DP, AIR VELOCITY. 2. Alarm Report. 3. Audit-Trail Report. Direct print of Data Report. View and print Old historical Data Reports. E-mail Data Reports facility. Reports Auto E-mail facility.
Software installed computer. User can monitor instruments and see the data comes from instruments. User can send data to print from here. RS-485 cable to collect data from instruments
Universal Software Installation Process Run the software CD supplied by Unitech Instruments. Double click on the set up wizard file setup.exe. Accept the terms and conditions. As shown in below figures:- 1. Starting Installation Process Double click icon to begin installation. Starting Up Instructions for login into the Software. 1. First run the software. 2. Enter user-name and password and then click button for login into the system. To reset password click this button. User have to Reset Password after password Expired.
3. If user-name and password are true then user will get logged into the system, otherwise error message will be displayed as shown in below figure 4. Click button to enter right user-name and password. 5. If user clicks the button with or with-out entering the username and password into the login form then system will close.
The System Home Screen will be visible as below. To see reading of instruments room-wise click this button. To connect software with instrument s click this button. To disconnect software from instruments click this button. To see trends of instrumen ts click this button. To generate report of instruments click this button. To generate alarm report of instruments click this button. To change system settings click this button. To generate audit-trails report clicks this button. To know about the company click this button. To exit from the system click this button. To log-out from the system click this button.
Overview of the Software When the installation is completed the program can be started according to the software name shortcut on the desktop and in the Start menu under Programs. Graph creation using data from the database. For that click on below figure: button and Trends form will display as shown in To choose the graph type selects the radio-button.
