TEST STATUS CODE REPORT Test Status Code Reports are specific reports used to view each student s test status and all special codes to explain a student s non-participation in a test. Each Test Status Code Report displays all test statuses for each test for which each student is eligible. The test status is displayed by test type and includes the date that each test was started. Test Status Code Reports may be generated at the district level or at the school level, depending on your user role. All students in the specified school or district will be included in this report. This report should be generated for each test to obtain an accurate picture reflecting the testing status of all students for all tests in the school or district. For example, a student who is included in a Smarter Summative report, is in Grade 7, and is eligible for the standard assessments will have a row to explain the student s testing status for each Smarter Summative test: Summative CAT - ELA Grade 7, Summative CAT - Math Grade 7, Summative PT - ELA Grade 7, and Summative PT - Math Grade 7.
