Appendix C - Merit Badge Requirement Information and Costs Merit Badges and activities are listed with information a Scout should know before signing up for the program. Note: Unless specifically stated in the requirements book, a requirement can be completed by a scout before coming to camp. Certain exceptions to this exist through interpretation of the intention of the merit badge requirements found in the 2018 Boy Scout Requirements (641568).
