How to Export Data from LIS and analyze in with an Excel Pivot table All machine stops are captured within LIS and are displayed in the TPM interface screen. This TPM Interface screen shows the machine downtime events for the time frame selected. Once the Get Events button is selected a list of downtime events is shown on the spread sheet. If a user selects the Equipment Break Downs radio button the list will show only the downtime events greater than 10 mins, they can then redefine those stops with a more specific reason if the reason is Internal Stop. Currently only the Equipment Break Downs can be changed to more specific reasons. This data is valuable to use to analyze the equipment downtime. This data can be exported to an Excel spread sheet and inserted into a Pivot table for further analysis.
