If you are unsure how to enable pop-up windows, see the help section of your browser for support. Enter your username and password as provided. The Dashboard page is a portal to tools for configuring sites, viewing reports, editing plan data, and submitting an inquiry for customer support. Connecture Application Configuration Tool Access the Site Configuration Tool from the Dashboard page to set up and configure your Connecture products including PlanCompare, DrugCompare, and API Web Services. 3 P a g e

Site Configuration Tool Layout The Site Configuration Tool consists of a Navigation Panel on the left and Configuration and Publishing area on the right. 4 P a g e

Navigation Panel The left column of the Site Configuration Tool contains four sections for navigating configurations of your sites. Site List Switch between multiple sites (e.g., Individual PlanCompare, DrugCompare) using the Site List drop-down list. To configure a different site, click the drop-down menu and choose a site. The Current Site will display the site you are currently configuring. Global Settings Global settings are configurations that appear on more than one page such as branding or site-wide footers. Please note: these configurations will only be made on the current site selected in the Site List. To make the configuration apply on more than one site, you will need to make the same change to each site individually. Page Settings Page settings are configurations that apply to individual pages such as intro text or the image on a page. Each page is categorized in separate folders. Click a folder to unfold a list of available pages. Click a page to open the Live Edit Mode on the right. Testing and Publishing Use Testing and Publishing to access: Live Site opens a live version of your site in a new tab. The live site features all published changes. Testing Site opens a current site in a new tab with all saved changes including those not published. Publish Now publish saved configurations to your live site. Publish History generate a report of all configurations previously published. Locked Review Sites save and access review sites for CMS submission, testing, and training. 5 P a g e

Making Edits and Configurations All edits to your site are made in the Configuration and Publishing area which includes Live Edit Mode and configuration options for Global Settings. Live Edit Mode Use Live Edit Mode to make text and configuration changes throughout your site. First, select the page you would like to edit under Page Settings in the Navigation Panel. Click the Page Text tab on the top of the Configuration and Publishing area to change text or click the Page Configuration tab to access available configuration options for the page. Saving Changes When making a change, either to the Site or Page, you will have three options: Save save the specified updates. Updates need to be published to appear on the live site. Saved changes will appear on the Testing Site. Revert undo any unpublished changes. This can only be used once you have saved changes. Changes will revert to their original state when you logged in or from the last time you published anything to the site, whichever came later. Preview open Preview mode of site with saved changes in a new browser tab. Page Text The options available for the Page Text tab are: Edit all configurable text resources are highlighted in a yellow box. Click a yellow box to open the Text Editor. Pending a preview version of the page. Preview shows all text saved including that not published to your live site. 6 P a g e

Text Editor To change edit text on a page, click the yellow box highlighting the text to open the Text Editor. HTML (optional) Click the HTML button to edit HTML script for the text resource. This is an optional method to format your text. Inserting Hyperlinks To insert a hyperlink, highlight the text you would like to use as a link. Click the hyperlink icon in the Tool Bar and enter the URL you would like to link to. To remove a link, highlight the hyperlink and click the remove icon to the right of the hyperlink icon in the Tool Bar. Reverting Saved Changes To undo any saved unpublished changes, open the Text Editor for the text area and click Revert. Inserting Variables To insert a variable (e.g., today s date or the beneficiary s ZIP code), click the blue tag above the text field. The variables are split into categories. Choosing a variable will insert the variable in brackets in the text editor. In the Live Site, the variable will be populated based on known information. For example, if you choose today s date as a variable, it will appear as [[todaysdate]] in the text editor and today s date will populate on the site without brackets. WARNING: Using an unknown variable on a page will result in the variable code appearing on a live page. For example, entering [[ZipCode]] on a page before the user has entered their ZIP code will result in [[ZipCode]] appearing on the live site. Only use variables when you know the site will have the necessary information on that page. Editing Tool Tips To edit a tool tip, click on the tool tip icon in Live Edit mode. Delete all text from the tool tip text editor to remove the tool tip from the live page. You still be able to click the tool tip to add text later. 7 P a g e

NOTE: the Page Configurations tab will not appear if there are no further configurations available. After making a configuration, you can save, revert, or preview the change. Check the box next to the configuration you would like to publish. Check the top box in the header row to select all configurations listed. Once you have selected the desired configurations, click Publish Now to publish selections to the live site. Note: Publishing an update will automatically update the Last Updated date in the footer section of your site. Click Refresh to update the list of pending changes. This is helpful if you are using the Live Edit view in another window or if other users are currently making changes to your site. 8 P a g e

Publish History Publish History reports all configurations published to the live site. To filter by date, type the date in the date field or use the calendar pop-out. To sort configurations, click a column header. Locked Review Sites Lock a review site to capture configuration as of a specified date. You can continue to make changes to your site without affecting Locked Review Sites. 9 P a g e

To create a Locked Review Site, type or select the date you would like the configurations locked and click Create Site. The Review site will show the configurations published as of 11:59:59 P.M. (PT) on the date selected. If you selected the current date, any further configurations published throughout the day will appear on the Locked Review site. Review site URLs are generated automatically by adding review-x where x represents the review site number starting with 1. To open a review site, click the date and time link. Remove a Locked Review site by clicking the red minus icon in the right column. This will not affect the URL sequence. 10 P a g e
