Log In via Single Sign On (SSO) Default Landing Page When you log into WarehouseXpress via SSO (Single Sign On) for the first time, this is the default landing page. Some information will be prepopulated; other fields can be updated as needed. Default Focus This is the highest level of item filtering, narrowing the view of pieces based on your preference. This allows for a more efficient search. Upon initial login select from the available options (Retirement Services (RS), Insurance Products, Other, Workplace, MMLIS, MM Trust, Brokerage) to set your default. This can be changed at any time. Save Changes, and you are brought to the home page where the default you selected is active. 1
Log In via Single Sign On (SSO) Order Distribution Options (not available for all Focus selections) Bulk Ship-Single Location This distribution option is the default and follows a typical order. The user will ship the order to a single location via UPS. Individual Mailing (List Upload) This option is item specific and does not apply to all items in the library. This is a traditional mailing/mail merge order with one specific item that is set up to allow for mailing to individual recipient addresses, like a postcard. After adding the item to the cart, the user is prompted to upload a mailing list. The mail list must follow the acceptable format. A template is provided in the cart during the Individual Mailing order process. Each piece will then be individually addressed and mailed via USPS to the individuals in the uploaded listing. 2
Home Page Select Recipient While all MassMutual employees have access to the Global Address Book, third-party (SDP) users do not have access. The Global Address Book is accessed via the Select Recipient tab. These recipients and/or addresses are shared among all MassMutual users. This address book includes all recipients/ addresses in the system, whether they were created on the fly via a single sign-on process or added by a user using the Add Recipient functionality. You may notice that you cannot edit recipient/ address data for all recipients. Users may only edit recipients who were added by other users using the Add Recipient functionality to avoid adversely affecting recipient/address data of users who have arrived via single sign-on. 3
Home Page Featured, New Items and Ordering The Home Page will show items that are featured for a specific period of time. Featured items are specific to the Focus you have selected. As New Items are introduced and become available, they will appear below Featured Items. 4
Search Filtering, Text, Full Text and Wild Cards There are multiple ways to search for materials on the site. Filter categories: In the far left column, the filters may include Marketing, Audiences, Product, Material Type, Communication Type and Platforms. Based on these filters, results appears on the right side of the screen. To search text enter item description or form number in search box. To search full text check box to right of bar and this will search text within PDF document. 5
Search (continued) Filtering, Text, Full Text and Wild Cards Search using Wild Cards: By default, the search solution is precise and looks for exact matches. This makes sense when you are potentially searching not just on one field like Item Number, but across many fields and possibly even through the text in all of the documents. Therefore, if you want to search on a part of an item number or a part of an item name, you must enter an asterisk at the end of your search text like the following image: Using asterisk will return these results. The default sort is by Item Number. To sort by Relevance, select option in drop down on right. 6
Item View Details and PDF View After a search, you will be able to click and access more Item Details. Click on the Item Description for more details on that item. The Item Detail screen will appear. 7

Click Submit Order to process your order. Edit Shipping Address / Personal Address Book It is always possible to edit a shipping address in the cart. If you manually update/change an address in the cart, it will only be used for this order and will not be saved for future use. If you choose to use the personal address book within the shopping cart and add or edit an address in your personal address book, it will be saved and nobody else besides you will have access to those addresses. 11
