MCO 11000.23 Establishes a requirement for Installation Geospatial Information and Services (IGI&S) within Installation Management Mandates that IGI&S will be implemented in accordance with IT Portfolio Management Policies GEOFidelis Data Standards Standard Data Sharing and Data Security Protocols Establishes standard definitions
