Call Forwarding with Caller ID Conveniently call a local number (03) using your mobile phone. Use 03 / 06 / 052 / 092 / 050 / 0120 number(s)on your mobile phone. Set a specific number to be displayed on caller IDs. All incoming numbers are displayed in your caller ID. All numbers (incoming and outgoing, mobile number) are protected by a 4-digit password. Cloud PBX Option features Conference Call and All Call Recording. Simultaneous Calls (Incoming Group), allow multiple incoming calls (page 3). In [Simultaneous Calls], it is possible to make multiple calls by using only one phone number. Call Forwarding with Caller ID Call Forwarding with Caller ID Outgoing Call Forwarding with Caller ID: When you call from your mobile phone, Purchased Phone Number (03-XXXX-XXXX) is displayed on the other party s caller ID o device. Incoming Call Forwarding: When the other party (caller) dials your Purchased Phone number (03-XXXX-XXXX), the call will be connected to your mobile phone. * In[Call Forwarding with Caller ID], all incoming phone numbers are displayed. In [Incoming Call Forwarding], you Purchased Phone number (03-XXXX-XXXX) is displayed. Copyright cloudippbx.com 4

Call Forwarding with Caller ID Call Forwarding and Extension Phone Connection [Simultaneous Calls] refers to the connection between the main phone and its extensions. When [Simultaneous Calls] is enabled, all extension will ring during an incoming call and make outgoing calls regardless of the phone number being used. When [Main Phone A] rings, [Extension Phones B and C] will also ring. It is also possible for [Extension Phones b and C] to call [Main Phone A]. The same rule applies when [Extension Phones] rings. Setting-up: 1.Go to [Main Phone A] settings page to set incoming, outgoing and mobile phone numbers. 2. In [Simultaneous Call (Sim-ring)], select [Enable Simultaneous Call for External And Extension Terminal during an Incoming Call (Enabled Anytime)]. Settings 1.Purchase In Homepage, register Circle ID; purchase Unique ID (for Call Forwarding) and phone number. 2.Settings In Circle Management Page, select [Settings] click [Call Forward] click the Folderofthe Unique ID (for Call Forwarding) found at the left side column. 1. Name Enter name. 2. Group Enter group name. 3. Extension Enter extension number. 4. Incoming Number Select the number for Simultaneous Call. 5. Outgoing Number Select the number to be displayed on the other line (caller ID) during an outgoing call. 6. Mobile Number Enter mobile number for Simultaneous Call. 7. Login Password Set a security password. 8. Simultaneous Call (Preference) Select preferred set-up. 9. Simultaneous Call (Waiting Select waiting time. Time) 10. Simultaneous Call Check Box Check Extensions or Unique IDs (group) where the call will be forwarded. * Click [Update] to save changes. Copyright cloudippbx.com 6

Call Forwarding Basic Settings (Call Forwarding to Extension Phone B only) Application 1.Call Forwarding to [Extension Phone B] only. Setting call forwarding to [Extension Phones]. 2.Setting Call Barring to incoming phone numbers with prefixes other than area codes (e.g. 03, 06). 3.Call forwarding via Center (0120). Your Number with a 03 prefix will be displayed on the other party s caller ID or device. Call Forwarding to [Extension Phone B] only. Setting call forwarding to [Extension Phones]. Select Unique ID for Call forwarding, set a 3-digit number or more for [Extension Phone Number]. 1. Go to [Unique List] Simultaneous Call [Sim-ring] select [Disable]. 2. Put a check on the Extension Number for call forwarding. Call Forwarding Basic Settings Setting Call Barring to Incoming Phone Numbers with Prefixes other than Area Codes. Setting call barring to incoming phone numbers with prefixes other than area codes (e.g. 03,06). Circle Management Page Select [Block Inbound] Enter Mobile Phone Numberfor Incoming Call Forwarding In this [Settings], calls from your mobile phone (080/ 090 prefixes) are disabled. Only calls using area code prefixes (e.g. 03, 06) will be connected. Your Mobile Phone Number Purchased Phone Number (with area code prefixes) Call Barring Settings: Calls from your mobile phone (080 / 090 prefixes) are disabled by Center. Copyright cloudippbx.com 8

Call Forwarding Basic Settings Call Forwarding via Center (0120). Number will be displayed on the other party s Caller ID. Call Forwarding via Center 80120). Your Number with 03 prefix will be displayed on the other party s caller ID. Outgoing calls via Center 80120): Call Center using (0120-XXXX-XXXX) Currently used phone number will be converted to your Phone Number (03-XXXX-XXXX) and will be displayed on the other party s caller ID. This requires two purchased Unique IDs. Setting the phone number displayed on other party s caller ID[Call Forwarding Unique ID 1]. In Circle Management Page, select [Settings] click [Call Forward] click the Folder of the Unique ID (for Call Forwarding) found at the left side column. [Call Forwarding Unique ID 1] Incoming Phone Number: 0120-XXXX-XXXX (number set to make outgoing calls via Center) Outgoing Phone Number: 03-XXXX-XXXX (number displayed on the other party s caller ID) Mobile Phone Number: Your mobile phone number. Setting your Number with a 03 prefix, which will be displayed on the other party s caller ID. In Circle Management Page, select [Settings] click [Call Forward] click the Folder of the Unique ID (for Call Forwarding) found at the left side column. [Call Forwarding Unique ID 2] Incoming Phone Number: 03-XXXX-XXXX (dialing this number would connect the call via data Center) Outgoing Phone Number: 03-XXXX-XXXX (number displayed on the other party s caller ID) Mobile Phone Number: Your mobile phone number. * In [Simultaneous Call], calls will be forwarded to [Call Forwarding Unique ID 1].
