TESTERLYZER Rack Mid / High MOBILE RACK SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR COMPONENT TESTS IDEAL FOR ALL OEM TYPES. Control units of state of the art vehicle generations require complex interlinking of individual components for their functionality. As a result, control units are being tested more intensively in an integrated system. To meet this challenge, the TESTERLYZER Rack Mid / High provide a modular structure which ensures that control units can be integrated and tested in integrated systems defined by the developers.
LAYOUT OF CUSTOMIZED OPERATING PANEL (FRONT) Options: separate 12 V voltage tap for additional control units or measuring equipment taps for all busses required CAN / FlexRay to SUB-D Triggering option of terminal signals optionally manually via relay switch or automatically via integrated system control unit. All terminal statuses are displayed for constant and variable control via LED MOST Patchpanel provides facility for executing respective bus ring for 14 MOST control units +4 MOST reserve connections (MOST Logger) integration of customized OEM I/Os: microphones/customer access AUX or control units THE MODULAR PRINCIPLE Depending on respective customer requirements, circuit boards and interfaces can be combined on the side front panel. These include the following issues: Videopatch: All video sources and wells of the control unit environment can be freely interconnected or connected to external video signals/measuring equipment Audio switching: Via switches, loudspeakers integrated in the rear door of the cabinet can be connected to control units of the soundsystem equipment. 10 audio channels incl. peak display can be connected to or disconnected from the audio panel. The channels can be switched together either manually or automatically between loudspeakers/test sockets/load resistances. patches for Ethernet connection and antennae connections or CAN OPTIONAL TEST AUTOMATION power lines per level or control unit CAN lines closed current measurement operating current consumption MOST per control unit loudspeaker control additional variable lines for control units signal or automation tasks With upgrades: Bus short-circuit Bus interruption Bus short-circuit to ground Short-circuit current (control unit outlet)

Basic equipment: 1 piece industrial rack with castors operating panel incl. Electrical interfaces (customized adaption) 1 extendable unit tray as laptop facility drawer to house measurement equipment and accessories. 2 / 4 extendable control unit levels 8 control unit connections are contacted on one circuit board per level, which ensure ideal signal distribution with minimal effect on the bus architecture.
