How do I pay my subscriptions? 6. How do I buy kit? New Users 1. Go to www.durhampalatinatesnetball.co.uk web site 2. Click on the Join My Club Site at the top left of the web page 3. Parents create their account by providing a valid email address, name, password and mobile phone number 4. On the second registration page ensure Club Member and Parent check boxes are ticked 5. On the third registration page, search for the child(ren) you want to pay subscriptions/membership for. If the child isn t already in the club database click the My Childs name isn t listed button at the bottom of the name search drop down menu 6. Click green Complete Registration button. 7. Go and check the email account provided in step (3) above. There should be an email from Pitchero / DPNC asking for the parent to complete registration and confirm their email address. Click on the green Confirm My Email Address button within the body of the email. If prompted, log into your account using the credentials provided in step (3) above. 8. The club website administrators will then verify your account and approve access. Once complete you can pay your membership fees or other club fees (tours etc), keep up to date with club information, purchase club kit, provide son/daughters availability for matches and receive result updates. Parents can also download the Pitchero app for their mobile phone to ensure they keep up to date with the latest information. In the main web page, change the child s forename/surname to the parents name so the account email corresponds to the parent.

Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the web page and click on Membership 4. On the next web page, click on Durham Palatinates Netball Club 5. Under Parent section in the next page click on Apply for Role and in the pop up window type your childs name in the Add Child section. Then follow the prompts to complete registration. A webmaster will approve your request which will take up to 24 hours. 6. If your childs name is not listed during the search, please select Can t find the member and follow the prompts to add your child. Any problems, please contact admin@durhampalatinatesnetball.co.uk Existing Users Existing users will receive an email from Pitchero to their registered email account asking them to update their account and provide more information about their child. This update may also require the parent to validate their email address with Pitchero - if this is the case, the parent will receive a further email from Pitchero they should then click on the green Confirm My Email Address button within the body of the email.
Any existing users experiencing problems with their accounts should email admin@durhampalatinatesnetball.co.uk Both existing and new users should NOW CANCEL their bank standing order so that you do not pay subs twice in September!!! How do I pay my subscription? 1. Go to www.durhampalatinatesnetball.co.uk 2. Log in with your user account details 3. On the Club home page, select Payments from the navigation panel at the top of the web site. 4. On the Payments page, select the option that meets your subscription requirement (age & league / non-league player) and click Buy this product Other payment options will be available from time to time (tour fees, 100 club membership etc) 5. You will be required select the person you are paying the subscriptions for. If this is your child, remove your name by clicking on the Remove button and search for your childs name by typing it into the search box.
If you are paying subscriptions for more than one child, the entire process must be repeated for each child as multiple names cannot be added to this section. 6. You will then be directed to our debit/credit card banking partner Go Cardless to finalise payment. Please provide the details required in the online form and take note of the payment start date (usually 15 th of each month). Once completed, on-going monthly payment arrangement will be established by our banking partner and payments will continue until you terminate the arrangement (similar to direct debit). Your bank statement will show DURHAMPALAT regarding the transactions. 7. Termination of payments can be made within the Payments section of your account profile within the club website.

How do I buy DPNC kit? 1. Go to www.durhampalatinatesnetball.co.uk 2. Log in with your user account details 3. Select Club Shop from the Shopping menu on the navigation bar 4. Select the items you wish to buy from the shop. 5. Select the size you wish to buy and provide additional information (if needed) and click Add to Basket
6. Continue shopping and add more items or check out and pay for your goods using a credit/debit card or PayPal account. 7. Payment will be taken and one of our team will order your kit from our suppliers and make contact with you when they arrive. Please note that orders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
