Pairing Reset Option: Unplug the phone jack and the a/c adapter from the phone. Take the batteries out of the handset and let them sit for about 3 minutes. Plug the A/C adapter in, put the batteries back in the handset AND WAIT TO PLUG IN THE PHONE CORD! Hold the page button down on the base for 6 seconds until it beeps.
