Insert the MyFM2 into the 12/24 V socket in your vehicle 2. With your vehicle turned on, the MyFM2 LCD (1) will be showing a radio frequency and the Standby LED (7) will be solid red Standby/Power off The MyFM2 will go into sleep mode if no connection is made within 3 minutes and will power off completely if no connection is made within 12 minutes. To manually power off, long press MFB (5) and the LCD (1) will turn blank. Connecting to FM It is advised to find an Open FM frequency, not already being used by a radio station. 1. Find an empty FM radio frequency on your car stereo 2. Change the frequency on the MyFM2 to match the one on your car stereo by using Channel down (3) or Channel up (4). Short press to slowly scan and hold down to quickly scan 2 3
Pairing to a wireless device 1. Once connected to power, the MyFM2 will automatically enter pairing mode and the Connectivity LED (2) will flash blue and red 2. Turn on your ios, Android, or Windows device s Bluetooth ON and search for new devices 3. Select KS MYFM2 from the list of found devices 4. If asked for a passcode, enter 0000 or 1234 and the MyFM2 will then be connected to your device 5. After pairing successfully, the Connectivity LED (2) will be solid blue Note: the MyFM2 will automatically connect to a previous device once turned off when in range. Turn off Bluetooth connectivity on any previously paired devices 2. Follow the Pairing to a wireless device instructions 3. If a previously paired device is not present within the wireless connectivity range then the speaker will re-enter pairing mode Call handling Answer a call When a call comes through, short press MFB (5) End call During a call, short press MFB (5) Re-dial Whilst not in a call, short press MFB (5) twice Playing music Play/Pause Short press MFB (5) to play/pause 4 5
Aux connection 1. Once connected to power and a radio frequency, plug an aux cable into the Aux port (8) and the MyFM2 will automatically go into aux mode 2. The Connectivity LED (2) will slowly flash blue Note: While in aux mode, call handling and play/pause will be disabled.
