Single Line Settings Ringtones: 1. Select the applications/settings button. 2. Select Preferences. 3. Select Ringtones 4. When you select each ringtone, a sample will be played. Press the Save softkey when you have found the ringtone you would like to use. 5. Press the applications button to exit. 2 Lines and Up Ringtones: 1. Select the applications/settings button. 2. Select User Preferences. 3. Select Ringtones 4. Select the line you want to set up the ringtone for. 5. You are able to play samples of the ringtones. Press the Save softkey when you have found the ringtone you would like to use. Contrast: 1. Select the applications/settings button. 2. Select User Preferences. 3. Select Contrast. 4. Use the Navigation Pad to adjust the contrast up and down. 5. Press the Save softkey when you have found the contrast that you would like

Basics 1. Dial 8 to get an outside line. 2. All internal extensions will be 4 digits. 3. 911 or 8911 for emergency. Softkeys-2 Lines and Up 1. These are the four keys located directly below the LCD screen. 2. These keys will change depending on the status of your line (idle, off-hook, connected, etc.) 3. Watch these softkeys for options as you utilize different features on your phone. Place, Answer, End Calls 1. Pick up or hang out the handset. 2. Activate the headset or speaker phone. 3. Use the softkeys: Redial, New Call, Dial, Answer, or End Call where appropriate. Hold 1. While on a call, press the Hold softkey or the Hold button. 2. To return to the call, press the Resume softkey or the Hold button on the phone again.

Transferring Calls To Transfer a Call 1. Press the Transfer button (Head with an Arrow) 2. Dial the extension number 3. Wait for the party on the other end to answer 4. Press the Transfer button again If you want to send a call directly to voicemail without first ringing the person 1. Press transfer 2. Press the * button 3. Dial the extension. (IE *2311) 4. Press transfer again and hangup.

Single Line Voicemail First Time Enrollment: 1. Press the select button. 2. Select Voicemail Access. 3. Enter your default password: 2468 4. Follow the prompts to enroll your voicemail box. You will be asked to record your name, record a personal message, and select a new password. 5. New password should be 4 digits. Check Messages from your phone: 1. Press the select button. 2. Select Voicemail Access. 3. Enter your password. 2 Lines and Up To Set Up Voicemail 1. Dial 2890 or hit the voicemail button 2. Enter Security Code-Pin; 2468 # 3. Follow the prompts to setup your voicemail. To Retrieve Voicemails 1. Dial 2890 2. Enter your created Security Code-Pin follow by #. 3. Follow the Prompts Check Messages from another phone: 1. Press the select button. 2. Select Voicemail Access. 3. Press the asterisk * button 4. Enter your user id (extension). 5. Enter your password.

Voicemail Out of Office Greeting 1. Dial 2890 or hit the voicemail button 2. Enter Pin 3. Dial 4133 (Set up alternate greeting) 4. Hit 1, record message followed by the #. 5. Make sure you turn off the alternate greeting upon your return. 1. Press transfer 2. Press the * button 3. Dial the extension. (IE *2311) 4. Press transfer again and hangup.

Call History/Directory Call History: 1. Press the Applications button. 2. Select Call History. 3. You are able to see your recent Missed, Placed, and Received calls. 4. You can dial directly from the call log by selecting the number you want to call and either picking up the handset or pressing the Dial softkey. Directory 1. Press the Directory button. 2. Select Corporate Directory. 3. Search by first name, last name, or extension. 4. You can also dial directly from here.

Jabber 1. Navigate to the P Drive P:\\Jabber 2. Copy or drag the Cisco Jabber Setup file to your desktop. 3. Click the file and run the install. 4. Sign In using your ONU username and password 5. If you have a single line phone, you can use Jabber as a directory. 6. If you have 2 line and up, look up the person you want to call and click the green phone and Jabber will automatically call on speaker phone. 7. You can also chat via Jabber.

Conference Now 1. On campus dial 2880 -- Off campus Call into 419-772-2880 at assigned date and time. 2. Please enter Meeting number which is your extension (IE 2311) followed by # 3. If you are the meeting host, please enter the pin 2468 4. If not the host, enter meeting number followed by #, Callers will hear music on hold until host enters on the call. Host should probably call in a couple minutes ahead of invitees. To host a conference call 1. Call Phone Administrator to enable your phone to host. 2. 2. Follow steps above Can have up to 32 on a conference call.

Conference Call To Host an Impromptu Conference Call (up to 16 people) 1. Make a call 2. Press the conference call button (3 headed) 3. Dial the next extension or phone number 4. To add another person, 5. Press the conference button again 6. Dial the next extension
