Who we are We deliver independent technical mining advisory and onsite services We are one of the largest African based, mining focussed service providers with significant in-house capacity on our core competencies: - mining engineering - mine planning - project management We have formal alliances and partnerships with the top consultancies to offer a single point of contact and responsibility on: - environmental, social and water studies - geological and geotechnical field work and modelling - infrastructure design and EPCM services We fulfil the role of the owner s representative and protect their interest We are 30% owned by OneConnect (100% BEE) and have local ownership in our offices outside of South Africa. 16 August 2016 Slide3

Mining studies: cost estimation & financial modelling What we do Financial modelling & analysis for mining studies (concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, implementations and existing operations) We provide competent valuator sign-off & have a team of specialists to: - Estimate capital & operating budgets - Forecast LOM strategic plans & budgets (long, medium and short-term) - Forecast mining costs & maintenance budgets - Determine the bottom line impact of operational & equipment changes - Evaluate business case scenarios & optimisation - Value & compare the impact of operational mine planning options.
