This dcument utlines the steps fr Public Health Nurses n hw t access Panrama ffsite. Hardware Requirements: 1. Laptp cnfigured with the shared Lcal User Accunt 2. A MiFi cnnectin Quick Steps 1. Pwer up the laptp and lg in. 2. Open up Mzilla Firefx. 3. Lg in t Panrama. 4. RSA Setup A. Enrlment. B. Identificatin Verificatin. Detailed Steps 1. Pwer up the laptp and lg in using the lcal user accunt username/passwrd. Turn n the laptp. Use the pwer crd if the battery is belw 50%. Click Lcal User Accunt r simply enter the lcal user accunt passwrd t lg in (Figure 1). Lg in t the laptp using the Lcal User Accunt belw: Username: LcalUser Passwrd: LcalUser Attach the muse if using ne. Type in the Passwrd Figure 1 2. 3. Lg in t Panrama: Enter yur credentials* n the Citrix NetScaler page (Figure 3). User Name: WRHA netwrk ID Passwrd: WRHA passwrd *Nte: Each user shuld lg in t their individual Panrama accunt. Dn t share yur Panrama access with any ther users. **Make sure t lg ut f yur Panrama accunt nce yu re dne. ** Figure 3 **Ptential Issue: In sme cases yu may see an RSA tken lgin screen that requests tw passwrds. If s, hld Cntrl + F5 t clear yur brwser cache and try lgging in again. 4. Enrlment: This is a ne-time enrlment prcess that will happen the first time yu lg in t Panrama utside f the WRHA netwrk, r if six mnths have passed since yur last lgin. **It is imprtant t cmplete the prcess in full. D nt stp part way thrugh** i. The RSA security Enrllment screen (Figure 6) will appear. Read the infrmatin n the screen and click Cntinue. Click Cntinue Figure 6 ii. On the Email Enrllment page (Figure 7), enter yur WRHA email address and click Cntinue. **Ensure the email address is crrect prir t cntinuing, r yu will need t cntact ehealth Service Desk t reset yur RSA Authenticatin. Enter WRHA email address Figure 7 iii. On the Phne Enrllment screen (Figure 8) enter 1 in the Phne Label and Phne Number clumns and click Cntinue. Figure 8 Page 4 f 7
iv. On the Cnfirmatin page (Figure 9) verify that all infrmatin is crrect. Yu will be asked Wuld Yu like Us t remember this Cmputer? Select NO, click Finish and yu will be lgged in t Panrama. ** If fr sme reasn it des nt lg yu in t Panrama after clicking Finish, clse Panrama and repen it again. Prceed t Step B f Page 5. Figure 9 B. Identity Verificatin i. The next time yu lg in t Panrama after RSA enrllment (within the next six mnths) the Identify Verificatin page (Figure 10) will appear. This will als appear n every new cmputer/device yu lg in t frm utside the WRHA netwrk. Yu will be asked t cnfirm the email address that yur verificatin cde will be sent t.* If it is crrect, select Cntinue. Click Cntinue Figure 10 *Nte: If the email address listed is incrrect, then yu will nt be able t retrieve yur verificatin cde. Call the Manitba ehealth Service Desk at 204-940-8500 r 1-866-999-9698 and they will reset yur Adaptive Authenticatin accunt. Yu will then have t re-enrl with the Adaptive Authenticatin Service (see step A f page 4). Page 5 f 7
ii. Check yur WRHA email thrugh webmail fr the ne-time cnfirmatin cde: G t the desktp and duble-click n the webmail shrtcut (Figure 11). Lg in t webmail using yur WRHA lgin credentials. *If prmpted, make sure t NOT save yur Webmail passwrd. Figure 11 Open the email that was sent t yu that cntains the cnfirmatin cde. The email will cme frm ehealth Auth Service with the subject Authenticatin Request (Figure 12). If yu dn t see it in yur Inbx, check yur Spam flder. The email shuld be received within five minutes. If yu didn t receive the email within five minutes, clse Panrama and repen it again. Figure 12 **Nte: Imprtant - The cde expires in ten minutes s use it immediately. **Dn t frget t lg ut f yur Webmail accunt nce yu retrieve the cde** iii. Enter the six digit cde n the Enter Cnfirmatin Cde page (Figure 13). Yu will be asked, Wuld Yu like Us t remember this Cmputer? Select Yes (as this will ensure the cmputer will remember yu in the future) and click Cntinue. This will take yu t the Panrama Org/SDL Lg In page. Figure 13 ***Nte: If yu fail t prvide the crrect cnfirmatin cde five times, yu will be lcked ut f yur RSA Adaptive Authenticatin accunt (an errr screen will appear with Access Denied ). Page 6 f 7
If this happens, call the Manitba ehealth Service Desk at 204-940-8500 r 1-866-999-9698 t reset yur accunt. Yu will then have t g thrugh the enrllment prcess again (step A, parts i-iv). If any ther errrs ccur, r if there is a time lag, try clicking back in yur brwser, r else clsing it and lgging in again. Trubleshting If yu frget yur WRHA netwrk username r passwrd, yu will need t cntact the Manitba ehealth Service Desk at 204-940-8500 r 1-866-999-9698 t have them reset yur accunt. When calling the Service Desk, chse ptin 3 n yur keypad fr lgin and system access issues. If yu d nt use Panrama fr mre than six mnths after yur initial enrlment, yu will be requested t reenrl n that cmputer. The cnnectin strength fr the MiFi device varies upn lcatin; if yu find yu are experiencing a slw cnnectin, mve the device clser t a windw r arund the rm until mre bars appear. The laptp des nt need t be clse t MIFI; as lng as within 30 feet it shuld still be able t cnnect. If there is a change in yur email address after enrllment, yu will need t call the Manitba ehealth Service Desk at 204-940-8500 r 1-866-999-9698 as they will have t reset yur Adaptive Authenticatin accunt. Yu will then have t re-enrll with the Adaptive Authenticatin Service (step A, parts i-iv). When calling the Service Desk, chse ptin number 1 n yur keypad fr Service related t clinical systems and specify that yu are trying t set up yur RSA Authenticatin thrugh a wireless netwrk Imprtant t nte, it will be the Service Desk team wh walks yu thrugh this prcess, nt the Panrama team. If yu experience any ther prblems with RSA enrllment, call the Manitba ehealth Service Desk at 204-940-8500 r 1-866-999-9698 When calling the Service Desk, chse ptin number 1 n yur keypad fr Service related t clinical systems and specify that yu are trying t setup yur RSA Authenticatin thrugh a wireless netwrk.
