Updated User Accounts Participants are identified by their business e-mail address. This address is used by the system to Notify them their account has been created Remind them to set or reset their password Notify them that they have been assigned a specific task Invite them to an e-meeting or e-review An account cannot be used until it has been activated. Ensure your e-mail address is valid and check for messages regularly. To initialize your PIN code, you are required to 1. Choose security questions 2. Answer security questions 3. Set a PIN code Do not forget to initialize the PIN code of your account. 5
Initialization of code PIN During the upgrade you will receive account activation emails : 1. An email to confirm the creation 2. An email with a link to initialize your PIN code Initializing your PIN code involves : 1. Open the link, then click OK. 2. Choosing 3 security questions 3. Providing an answer to each question 4. Setting a password 5. Clicking Save my answers The password is a 6-digit number. It can be reset later. 6
Logging In with a Password (1/2) AirSecure is the gateway to all BoostAeroSpace secure applications https://www.airsecure.aero 1. Enter the URL https://www.airsecure.aero in your browser s URL field. 2. Enter your username (e-mail address) in the Username field Tick the Remember me checkbox if you want to save your username. 3. Use the keypad displayed on the screen to enter your password. For security reasons, the keyboard of your computer won t be operational for that purpose. Use the pointing device to click on the keypad keys. 4. Click Sign In. 5. The AirSecure landing page is displayed. 7
New Landing Page The landing page is an application portal It always displays AirCollab and ShortURL It displays all other applications to which you have authorized access. Administrators have access to the Provisioning application. Each application is identified by a component with its name, icon and short description, and link Click on the bottom link to launch the selected application. 8
