GUIDING PRINCIPLES develop a partnership whereby business protocols, including cost determination, service delivery, revenue sharing detail, etc., are clearly articulated and agreed upon before any contacts/sales with member districts are made.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES begin service delivery on a small scale in order to help ensure high quality customer service and quality control.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES understand that as with any new business venture, there may be periodic course adjustments and revisions to the Alliance Agreement.
