New Users and Mead Johnson Contractor/Non employees can search and review all posted jobs To apply for any posted position, you must sign in, establish an account and create a user profile To do so, please visit the Mead Johnson web site at wwwmeadjohnsoncom, click on Careers, and then Job Search Instructions on creating an account are listed below Mead Johnson Employees can access the site and view posted jobs by visiting the MJN Employee Portal page and clicking on: HR, Careers & Learning Tools then Global Careers A profile has already been established for you You will use your network user ID as your User Name to access your profile in this system First time users should click on the Forgot your password? link to receive a temporary access code to sign in and create your password How Do I Create an Account for the First Time? 1 To set up a new account, please click on in the top right corner of the page and then 2 Click 3 Create your User Name (ex: billyd) If you are an MJN contractor, please do not use your MJN Network User Name 4 Enter a Password and then Re enter it into the second field (ex: Gators#1)
5 Enter your Email Address and then Re enter it into the second field (ex: abc123@aolcom) 6 Click You are now signed into your account on the Job Search tab Note: Your Password must contain between 4 and 32 characters, contain at least 1 letter and 1 character It must not contain more than 5 identical consecutive characters or your username How do I Create a Profile? 1 From the Job Search page, in the upper right side of the screen, click on the down arrow next to your user name and select Profile 2 You will be led through a series of screens to capture your personal information, work experience & education 3 You will be given the option to upload your profile from LinkedIn, if you have a LinkedIn account, or upload your resume if it is in English To upload your resume, English only, please select and then click to select and upload your resume 4 If you do not wish to upload your resume and would prefer to manually enter or cut and paster the required information, select 5 Click 6 Enter information into all required fields denoted by an asterisk (*) and any other Personal Information, Work Experience or Education fields you want to include and click to move to the next section 7 On the Attachments page, you have the option to upload up to 5 documents, such as a cover letter, resume, references, etc Click to select and upload each document, then click 8 Click 9 Review information entered on the Review and Submit page to make sure all your information appears as you expect, then click 2

5 Click 6 An email will be sent from Human Resources with the subject identified as Forgot Your Password? to the email address in your profile 7 Use the link provided in the email along with the Access Code to re set your password What if I Locked Myself Out of My Account? 1 If you enter an incorrect password, on the 4th attempt, you will receive the following message: 2 You should follow the instructions above to re set your password 3 On the 5 th attempt, if you enter an incorrect password, the system will lock you out for 1 hour and you will receive the following message: 4 You must now wait 1 hour for the system to unlock your account before you can reset your password How Do I View and Update My Personal Profile? 1 From the Job Search page, in the upper right side of the screen, click on the down arrow next to your name and select Profile 2 Next to each section of information, click on Edit You may review your information and make changes to your information 3 Once you have completed your review and changes, click on How Many Documents can I Upload? You can attach a maximum of 5 documents There is a limit of 512 kilobytes per file 5
How do I Withdraw From a Job? 1 Click on the tab 2 Under the job submission you wish to withdraw from, click 3 If you are sure you would like to withdraw from your job submission, please enter a brief explanation of why in this field 4 Click 5 This will not delete your profile from the system; it will only withdraw your application submission for a specific job How do I Deactivate my Account? Important Note: When you proceed with deactivation, all information in your profile and any application submissions will all be deleted permanently in the system after 7 days 1 Once you have signed into the system, click on the My Jobpage tab Then at the top of the page, click on 2 Click next to My Account 3 If you are sure you would like to deactivate your account, click on the notification pop up 4 After 7 days from your request, your profile, including all personal data and job submissions will be removed from the system How do I Reactivate an Account that has been Deactivated? Once you have de activated your account, your information will be deleted permanently from the system after 7 days Therefore, if you want to apply to a position after you have de activated your account, you will need to follow the steps above in How Do I Create an Account for the First Time to set up a new account 6
