Enhanced Reliability Compliance Program Completed compliance assessments of the implementation of system restoration critical facilities testing requirements and compliance to the NERC Urgent Action Cyber Security Standard. NPCC compliance assessments regarding vegetation related outages indicated 100% compliance in 2004.
