Company The Company page displays information specific to your Business. Additional function tabs or sub-menus are available to view information and settings specific to the company. From here you can edit the company information, entitlements, and permissions. To access from the Home page, click on the Admin tab then click on Company. The Company page includes function tabs or sub-menus for -- Profile Information BAI Settings Administrator Account Configuration Account Group Transaction Group Permissions Company - Profile To Edit the Company Profile, click on the Edit button. Company Profile window. This will move you to the Edit Enter the information you need to edit. Reset will reset the screen to the original values and remain on the Edit Company Profile Screen. Cancel will return to the Company Profile screen without saving any changes. Click on Save to continue. Click on Done Company - BAI Settings to continue and return to the Company Profile. On the Admin>Company page, click on BAI Settings. This will open the BAI Export Settings window. To edit the BAI Export Settings, click on Edit. Step 1: Initiate -- BAI Export Settings screen displays. Select the appropriate radio button for each category: Sender Identification Receiver Identification Ultimate Receiver Identification Originator Identification Customer Account Number Format Click on Save to continue. Verify for accuracy. Click on Confirm and then Done. 1 08/2014

Company - Administrator This page displays a list of users with administrator permissions. To add or remove selected administrators, click on Edit to Window. Click + to Add access the Edit Administrator Click - to Remove Use this to remove all selections from the Selected Administrator Once all selections have been completed, click on to continue. When adding Administrators, the Edit Administrator confirmation box will appear. To activate all Administrator privileges immediately, click on the radio button for Yes. Then click on to return to the Admin Company Summary screen. Company - Account Configuration Account Configuration allows you to add or edit nicknames for accounts within the company profile. Click on to populate the window. Note: If the accounts are not immediately displayed, complete a search function by account type to populate the summary window. Search options include: Account Nickname enter an account nickname. Account Number enter an account number. Account Type -- Click on the Drop Down menu to select. Here are a few navigation tips: Click on any column heading to re-sort the list in ascending or descending order. Use the scroll bar(s) to move up and down or left to right on the page. The paging arrows move from page to page to view additional accounts. The number of accounts per page can be set by clicking on the drop down menu. Options include 30, 40 or 50 accounts per page. Move between pages by inputting a page number in the page box. Then press enter to display that page. 2 08/2014

You can enter new search criteria at any time and click on Search to continue. The window will refresh with new information. To change an Account Nickname, select an account and click on the Edit icon. The Edit Account Information window will appear. Change the account nickname and click on to continue. Verify for accuracy, click on and then to return to the Account Configuration Summary screen. Company - Account Group Account Group allows the user to see all account groups and the accounts associated within each account group. The bank, account number, nickname, and account type are displayed for each account. To create an account group, click on the click on Add Account Group. This will access the Add Account Group Dashboard. Enter the following information in Step 1: Initiate Account Group Name Account Group ID Select One select an individual account number from the drop down list. Click on Add Account Repeat to add additional account numbers to the Account Group. Click on Save to continue. Verify information, click on Save and then click on Done. Account Group has been added. To Add a Group of Accounts by account type (i.e. Savings, Checking) Account Group Select an account group from the drop down menu. Account Type Select an account type from the drop down menu. Click on Add All. To Add individual accounts to Account Group Select One select an individual account number from the drop down list. Click on Add Account Repeat to add additional account numbers to the Account Group. Scroll down to verify accounts added to the Group. Click on Save. Verify information, click on Save and then click on Done. 3 08/2014

View Account Group details To view the accounts within an Account Group, click on the next to the Group name. Click on any column heading to re-sort the list in ascending or descending order, based on the column selected. Use the scroll bar to move across or up and down on the page. The paging arrows move from page to page to view additional accounts. The number of accounts per page can be set by clicking on the drop down menu. Options include 30, 40 or 50 accounts per page. To minimize the group, click on the Edit Account Group next to the Group name. To edit an existing Account Group, select the Account Group to edit and click on the Edit icon in the Action column. Make the appropriate adjustments to add accounts. To delete an account, click on the delete icon in the Action Column. Change the Account Group Name, if applicable. Click on Save to continue. Verify information, click Save and then click Done. Delete an Account Group Note: All users must be removed from an Account Group before it can be deleted. From the Account Group summary page, click on the Delete icon Click on Delete to confirm and then click on Done. in the action column. 4 08/2014

Company - Transaction Group This page allows you to add and edit transaction groups for file exporting. A Transaction Group contains a list of related BAI type codes and descriptions for file exporting. Click on Add Group to display the Transaction Group window. Once a Transaction Group has been added, Edit and Delete icons will appear in the summary window. Transaction Group Name enter a transaction group name. To Add an Available Type code Use the scroll bar to locate the type code Click on the + or - symbol next to the description to add or remove the code to the Assigned Type code list. Sort Options - In the Assigned Type codes list: Click, drag and drop a Type code description to adjust the sort order. Once all selections have been completed, click on Save to continue. Cancel - Will return to the Admin-Company screen without creating a Transaction Group. A Message box will appear indicating the Transaction Group has been added. Company Permissions This tab represents the maximum limits set for the company. Any restrictions listed within these screens will impact all transactions and users. To increase the maximum limits in this profile, contact your Bank representative. To decrease limits, enter the new desired limit in the appropriate section. The Set up process for Permissions is the same for all levels. Please refer to the User Permissions section of this guide for more details. 5 08/2014
