Senator Alex Padilla SB 408 The California Smart Building Association is sponsoring AB 408 which would provide an incentive to construct sustainable buildings with smart building technologies using the highest standard developed by the US Green building council LEED Platinum.

Assemble Member Paul Fong AB 994 The Californian Smart Building Association is sponsoring AB 994 which would quantify the standards and performance of a smart building to create a written definition for California statutes.
