Portal functionalities 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 You will not be able to use the copy and paste function to confirm your password or email address. 1 Search By clicking on this tab, the search menu will appear to the left of your screen. This menu allows you to search through your paystubs using certain criteria. To hide this menu, click again on this button. 2 3 Help Provides quick access to this document Helpful Tips which will be displayed in the selected language (# 4). My Profile From the My Profile tab, you can modify information associated to your account. Here is how to change this information: Click My Profile tab and select: a) Change contact information. b) Change password. c) Change questions. Metro Inc. Page 2 January-5-15
a) Change the contact information: Enter your email address and your telephone number. You will need to enter your email address a second time as confirmation. Save. Note: Disable the box if you prefer not to receive an alert informing you that your statement is available. b) Change your password: Enter your current password and new password. c) Change the security questions: select this option if you want to change your security questions or your answers. You can select or create new questions or simply change your answers. Note: The system will re-initialize answers of your 3 questions. Note: When you select a question, it is copied in the next field. 4 Language Option that allows changing the language of display to either English or French. Select the language of your choice. 5 6 Paystub Info This button will show you a sample paystub with explanation of how to read your paystub. System Requirement This button allows you to access the system requirements to view your paystub using your computer, smartphone or tablet. 7 Logout This button exits you from the session securely. How to view, enlarge, save or print a paystub By default, your most current paystub is displayed when you login a session. To view previous paystubs, click Close X. If you clicked the X to close the window and wish to return to your paystub, click. C E A B D Metro Inc. Page 5 January-5-15
A Employee Number This indicates your employee number. Employees with multiple employee numbers will have to select a number for which they wish to consult their paystubs. B Payment Date When you click All. 5 options are possible: All, Current Week, Last Week, Last Month, Search by payment date. Select an option, and click the Search button. If you select option Search by payment date, click to display the calendar. Select the required dates and click Search. C D Sort all results by Selection of paystubs Check mark all paystubs that you wish to view. If you wish to sort your search results, click Sort all results by and select a sorting option to perform your search. Metro Inc. Page 6 January-5-15
E Downloading paystubs After having selected all paystubs, click Download to have the selection grouped into a PDF file. You will find between brackets the number of paystubs that will appear in the PDF file. You can click on any information: Employee Number, Pay Period, Payment Date, Week Ending Date, Net Total ($) that are found on the paystub line to have it displayed into PDF format. After downloading the PDF document, save or print the selected paystub(s) by using this toolbar. To enlarge your paystub(s) click and click to minimize it.
