1. Introduction to Mobile Platform 1.1. Login Page Your login page can be accessed via this link or type into you internet search browser: http://elocalise.transmitsms.com - Your username is your email address given to us at sign up - Your Password will be sent to your email address.
1.2. Platform Overview Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the page below. This is the main page where you can access all the features of the platform. They include: Adding/managing client details Sending/creating SMS campaigns Mobile response numbers Setting up keywords for your mobile response numbers Here you have access to the main options such as updating business details use of our API function & billing. This sections shows your account balance & you can also add credit to your account
2. Adding Clients Adding clients is easy, all you have to do is click on the add clients link as below. You will come to this page. Here you can add clients in individually or if you already have a list you can upload them in via an excel file. (If you have an excel file it will need to be in the format: Mobile, Firstname, Lastname - separate column for each). To create a new contact list, click on New Contact List.
Here you can add your clients. If you have selected Add Recipient fill in their details in the form and they will be added to your list. You can have multiple lists depending on your client s preferences.
3. Setup SMS campaigns To setup your SMS campaigns, click on Send SMS campaign
3.1. Create SMS Campaigns To create a sms campaign, you will need to: Select your recipient list Select the number you want appear when you send out sms (you can purchase a dedicated number or use a shared number. Dedicated mobile response numbers start from $49/month Type in the message you want the recipients to see You can test the sms by sending it to yourself first Schedule the campaign to be sent out when you want Your Message will show up here so you can see what it will look like. Total cost for the campaign will show up here.
4. Setup Response Keywords You can set up keywords, so that when people respond to a particular number via a keyword they will automatically join that list. This also works vice versa whereby a customer may respond via a keyword to opt-out of a particular list. E.g. A customer may reply join to 0400111222 and will automatically join that list in order to receive specials, promotional SMS etc. Alternatively they may reply stop to 0400111333 to opt-out of that list. You can also use this feature for such things as setting appointments, getting feedback for particular promotions, surveys etc. If you want your own dedicated number, you will need to purchase one from your account settings. The cost is $49/month and you will have a choice of a few randomly selected numbers. If you do not wish to use this feature you may still use one of our shared numbers.
