SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS The system requirements for installing and running IMM Domino To Exchange on a workstation or server are as follows: Pentium Class Processor Minimum 64MB RAM (128 MB recommended) 15 MB for software download and installation Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 Outlook 98, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 (both 32 and 64 bit) Lotus Notes 7.x, 8.x, 9.x Sufficient disk space to store converted files SUPPORTED VERSIONS LOTUS NOTES & DOMINO IMM Domino to Exchange supports the following versions of Lotus Notes & Domino Server: Supported versions of Lotus Notes 7.x, 8.x, 9.x Supported versions of Lotus Domino Server 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x MS OUTLOOK & EXCHANGE IMM Domino to Exchange supports the following versions of MS Outlook & Exchange Server: Supported versions of MS Outlook 98, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 Supported versions of MS Exchange Server 5.0, 5.5, 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
INSTALLATION & LICENSING INSTALLATION After downloading IMM for Domino To Exchange from our website and receiving an email containing your license file (unless using the Trial Version), the software can be installed as shown below. 1. Double click on the setup exe.
2. Choose Next to commence the install.
3. Select the license type. In this example case, the Trial Version is being installed. Then click Next.
4. If you are installing the Trial Version, the following screen will be displayed. Click Next.
5. After reading the license agreement, if you wish to continue with the install, select I accept the agreement and click Next. Otherwise select I do not accept the agreement and click Next to cancel the install.
6. Choose the installation location and click Next.
7. Select to create a desktop shortcut if desired and click Next.
8. Click Install to complete the setup wizard and begin the install, or click Back to return to the setup wizard and change any of the settings displayed.
9. Click Finish to complete the setup.
10. If selected on the previous screen, the application will launch as shown below. ADDING A LICENSE TO THE TRIAL VERSION This section shows how to add a license to the trial version after purchasing either Business or Enterprise edition from the Infratech Systems website: https://www.infratechsystems.co.uk/domino-to-exchange/
1. Launch the IMM Domino To Exchange application and choose Add Licence from the Options menu 2. Browse to the location of the license file that was emailed following completion of your order. Select the file and click Open.
3. Confirmation of the license owner is displayed in the bottom left corner of the application window.
EXAMPLES OF USE This section gives an overview of the most common uses of IMM for Domino To Exchange. CONVERTING SINGLE FILE 1. Launch the application and click on the icon.
2. Navigate to the NSF file to be converted. Select the file and click Open.
3. Choose a destination for the PST file to be created and click OK. 4. Click the button to begin the conversion.
CONVERTING FROM CSV 1. Launch the application and click on the icon.
2. Navigate to the CSV input file. Select the file and click Open
3. The contents of the CSV file are shown in the main window with each record on a separate line. Any errors encountered with the contents of the CSV file, such as a file not existing in the location specified, will be highlighted in the Info column.
CSV FILE FORMAT This section provides details of the different CSV files for each type of conversion. IMPORTING FROM DOMINO INTO EXCHANGE VIA CSV CSV FILE FORMAT There are 4 fields required for each line within the file.
