The temporary password is good for 48 hours. You need to log in and change the password.
Placing an Order in the RPS Automated System Location: 7th floor of the Med School Building Contact: Hank Morgan (enzymefreezer@umassmed.edu, 508-856-2541) Yasmine Tebha (yasmine.tebha@roche.com, 917-224-2133) Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Log-in using your log-in and the password you created at https://login.roche-primesupply.com/ Click on ORDER, then NEW ORDER Select a Customer or Favorite Order: Customer Name Site Description UMass Medical School University of Massachusetts RPS Site 56011236 Click Next You can search by products in stock, by product name, catalog number or look at all Roche s products. Step 5 Once you have found the product, click on the ADD TO CART button. Step 6 You will see a pop-up letting you know the product has been added to your cart. If you want to add more products click on OK. If you are done, click on Shopping cart Go to Step 8 Step 7 If you want to add more products, repeat Steps 4 6 Step 8 Once you have clicked on Shopping Cart, you will enter your PI s name from the Drop Down menu. If PI name is not there, please fill in. Also enter your account number. If promotion code is applicable, enter it here (fill in blanks).
Step 9 The default for the Quantity ordered is 1 (one). Now change any quantities as needed. You can also delete any item that you do not want to order by clicking on the trash can. Step 10 Step 11 Once all the information that is required has been entered, an ORDER button will show at the bottom. Click on ORDER to process your order. A pop-up box will show asking if you really want to place the order. Click OK Step 12 NOTE: If product is not currently in stock, you will receive the transaction code after the product has been shipped and placed into stock.
Picking up your order Step 1 Once you receive the email with your four (4) digit code, go to the RPS unit computer. Dear Ms. Yasmine Tebha, your order is ready to pick. Your transaction code: 7498 This code is valid until 19 Aug 2009 07:56:31 GMT. All ordered items are available. View your picklist at the Roche Prime Supply website Kind regards, Roche Prime Supply Office Step 2 Please note that your Transaction Code is only good for 48 hours. If you do not pick up your order, it will be cancelled and placed back into the inventory. You will receive another email as shown below. If you still need the product, place the order again. Dear Ms. Yasmine Tebha, Your picklist below has expired. The transaction code 7498 is no longer valid. Step 3 Go to the RPS Automated units and using the computer attached to the units, click on ENTER TRANSACTION CODE button
Step 4 At the login screen, enter the four (4) digit transaction code that you received via email. The following screen appears A B Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Picture A - This shows the product(s) you ordered and your transaction code. Picture B - This shows the Cabinet, drawer and compartment organization where the product is location Withdraw the item from the indicated compartment. Flashing LED s will guide you to the compartment in which the product is located. - The temperature display of the corresponding cabinet flashes. Open this cabinet. - The front LED of the corresponding drawer flashes. Open this drawer. - The LEDs left and right of your product flash. Remove the product and close the cabinet. A message box will open and ask you to confirm that you took the right product. Click OK Repeat these steps until you have picked all the products listed on your pick list. Please note that if you have your log-in and password, you can place the order directly on the computer of the RPS Automated unit. Just Click the ENTER SHOP button and follow the instructions.
