And for all other manufacturers. The camera is safely and precisely positioned which, coupled with the ease of handling and intuitive operation, is a must for all good tripod heads. The new TITAN ball and 2-way heads give you exactly these characteristics. In this way they expand the TITAN range, but can equally well be used on their own for tripods from other manufacturers. Four ball heads and two 2- way heads are available to choose from: the ball heads TITAN TB8.6, TITAN TB6.6, TITAN TB8.2 and TITAN TB6.2 as well as the 2-way heads TITAN TW99 and TITAN TW96. Both ball heads, TITAN TB8.6 and TITAN TB 6.6, are particularly suitable for heavy cameras with high-speed telephoto lenses, irrespective of whether medium-format or professional DSLR. Both are made from high-strength aluminium and are extremely stable in order to secure an appropriately high camera weight. The TITAN TB8.6, the top model in the series, can carry up to 34 kg in weight. The TITAN TB 6.6 up to 25 kg. The ball friction can be exactly adjusted to the respective weight, to enable secure and convenient work with heavy camera equipment. Made in Germany with an engraved serial number and 20-year manufacturer's warranty Secure and reliable mounting of the camera onto the ball head is guaranteed by the newly developed QRC System*, the CONCEPT ONE OX. A special clamping mechanism, on which both jaws move at the same time, ensures a quick and central camera clamping position. The elements of the QRC System* OX366 and OX394 are made of milled aluminium and fitted with the CONCEPT ONE OX394 QRC System* adjusting plate M (90 mm), which is also made of the same material. It is fitted with a stable 1/4 inch camera screw connection made of stainless steel and as the whole CONCEPT ONE QRC System* compatible with other major manufacturers. Page 2/6 Both the ball heads, TITAN TB8.2 and TITAN TB6.2, have also been developed for heavy cameras with high-speed lenses. The TITAN TB8.2 can carry a weight of up to 34 kg; the TITAN TB6.2 up to 25 kg. The ball friction can also be adjusted exactly to the weight in these models. Both ball heads are fitted with the revolutionary CONCEPT ONE OX615 PinLock camera plate. It has six fixing pins set into the camera plate. These pins are pressed into the camera base using an outer ring which can be turned, this prevents the camera turning when taking shots in portrait mode. This protection is activated by turning the outer ring in a clockwise direction. If the user turns the ring in the opposite direction, the fixing pins are withdrawn into the camera plate. The camera can then be quickly removed from the camera plate as is normal. The stable 2-way heads TITAN TW99 and TITAN TW96 offer numerous operating possibilities. The friction for the horizontal and vertical panning can be individually adjusted on both models to suit the weight of the camera that is mounted. These independent adjusters ensure smooth and precise panning, above all for heavy cameras. The guide handle can be repositioned to suit left- or right-handed people. Secure and individual camera calibration is guaranteed by the QRC System* CONCEPT ONE OX366 for the TW96 model. The top model, TW99 2-way head, has a CONCEPT ONE OX369 QRC System* panorama unit, which allows and additional 360 degree panoramic pan. This third adjustment path will be particularly appreciated by creative videographers as this means that unusual camera angles are possible. Both models are fitted with the 90 mm long OX394 QRC System* adjusting plate. As an alternative, the TITAN TW96 2-way head can be converted to take the CONCEPT ONE OX396 QCR System* panorama unit.
