Your New ANBTX Online Banking > Important Information If you ve used FSB Internet Banking as of January 1, 2016, you should automatically convert to ANBTX Online Banking and can access starting on September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. See pages 3 6 for instructions. If you are an FSB Internet Banking customer AND an ANBTX Online Banking Customer: Your FSB access ID should convert to ANBTX, but you will have two logins after conversion. ANBTX Customer Care will work with each user to merge their FSB Online Banking to one login. The last day to access FSB Internet Banking will be September 6, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. After that time, Internet Banking will be offline for the ANBTX transition. ONLINE BANKING ALERTS & BILLPAY Online Banking Alerts and Online BillPay Payees, Pending, and Scheduled Payments should automatically transfer to ANBTX Online Banking. We recommend that you print your payee list by 5:00 pm CT on September 6, 2018, and that you validate each of these converted correctly on/after September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. ONLINE BANKING TRANSACTION HISTORY 365 days of transaction history will be transferred to ANBTX Online Banking. If additional history is needed, print or save by 5:00 pm CT on September 6, 2018. SCHEDULED TRANSFERS Scheduled or pending transfers created in FSB s Internet Banking will not convert. You will need to re establish your scheduled transfers in ANBTX Online Banking on/after September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. estatements If you receive estatements, you can continue to receive your statements electronically when you accept the estatement disclosure in ANBTX Online Banking. (The first time you log in the disclosure will pop up and you ll have 30 days to accept.) If you do not accept the disclosure, your statement will convert to paper and standard service charges would apply. FSB ACH ORIGINATION CUSTOMERS ACH Originations will not convert. An ANBTX Treasury Management Sales Representative will contact you to set up your ACH Originations with ANBTX (be sure to print your payee list by September 6). You will be setup as a new user and will need to re establish all features of Online Banking alerts, transaction history, online bill pay, scheduled transfers, and estatements. Your New ANBTX Online Banking > Checklist & Dates Here s a guide of what you ll need to do to prepare for ANBTX Online Banking and when you ll need to complete. Remember, the last day to use FSB Internet Banking will be September 6, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. After that time, the FSB Internet Banking site will be shut down and no longer accessible. Use the instructions on page 3 to access for the first time. Review/Accept the estatement disclosure when you first log in (estatement customers only). Accept the disclosure if you would like to continue to receive estatements. If not, you will be mailed a statement (service charges may apply depending upon your account). Verify your information migrated correctly. If you use financial management software (i.e., Quicken, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Mint ) in conjunction with Online Banking, remember to redirect your software to the American National Bank of Texas connection on/after September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. Current User Registration for ANBTX Online Banking For use on/after September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT Use these instructions if you are currently enrolled in FSB s Internet Banking. In most cases, your account information should automatically convert on September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT, but you will need to follow the directions below to access your account online for the first time. To Sign In to ANBTX Online Banking: 1. Go to www.anbtx.com. 2. Enter your current FSB Access ID in the Online ID field and click SIGN IN. 3. Enter your temporary password to access. Your temporary password will be an eight (8) digit number that will be the: First four (4) numbers of your zip code AND Last four (4) numbers of your Social Security number (SSN) For example, if your zip code is 75160 and your SSN is 123 45 6789, your temporary password is: 75166789 (first four digits of your zip code + last four digits of your SSN). Be sure to change your password after this initial use. 4. Review the Registration Disclosure and click to accept the terms of the agreement to continue, or click don t accept if do not want to proceed with the registration process. 4
If you accept the terms of the agreement and continue with registration, for security purposes, you ll need to set up your two step authentication to help protect your account and identity. 5. Set up your three (3) challenge questions. 6. Select an authentication image. Note: This image will display every time you access your account. An image will automatically be chosen for you click Edit to pick a different image from the range of options. 7. Click Submit once you ve chosen your image. Once you ve completed the security portion, you will now have access on the main dashboard page. 5
New User Registration for ANBTX Online Banking For use on/after September 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT Use these instructions if you have never enrolled in FSB s Internet Banking and would like to enroll as a new ANBTX user. (If you have an Internet Banking account with FSB, use the instructions for Current Users on page 3.) To Enroll in ANBTX Online Banking: 1. Go to www.anbtx.com. 2. Click Sign Up. (You ll be taken to a new page to register your account.) 3. Complete the required fields (Account Number, Account Type [select from the drop down], and Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number). 4. Click Submit. 5. Review the Registration Disclosure and click to accept the terms of the agreement to continue or click don t accept if do not want to proceed with the registration process. 6
If you accept the terms of the agreement and continue with registration, for security purposes, you ll need to set up your two step authentication to help protect your account and identity. 6.
